It wasn’t until after I’d placed an order that I read the reviews. I wasn’t, therefore, surprised yesterday when absolutely sub-standard products arrived. They are so obviously fake. I won’t be wearing them. In fact I don’t even be insulting anyone by taking them to a charity shop.

Garment not as specified, poor quality & size 2xl is more like a medium. Trying to get any contact impossible & any response is in Swedish. Despite asking on three occasions to translate into English. No response.

Total scam - product is not as described or listed by company, appliqued with some other company on collar. The Gant polo has nothing more than stuck on sticker. Tell tale signs being no internal labels for any brands, showing these are fakes. Have asked for immediate response but will report to Trading Standards, Insta, Credit Card company if I don't get full cash refund. Response - within two minutes - company email doesn't exist

Absolutely criminal. RIP off - extremely poor quality - Like something you buy from a very cheap market stall. The medium is huge. God knows what 3XL would be like!!!! I’m about to report them to Gant. Impossible to contact them to get a refund so DO NOT BELIEVE their refund claim. SCAM BEWARE!!! How fitting that my order arrived on April Fool’s Day!

Lysa and liva was a total Scam company pretend they have a London base but every thing is from China and quality is dreadful that I could not even give it to a charity shop. Answered my emails offering No refund. But more crappy clothes have lost my £40 but have learnt stop buying off internet it can’t be trusted. Go to the high street and give them the much needed business. We are being over run with bloody Chinese Crap

Ordered and received a supposedly Gant half zip sweater. Arrived on the 23rd March. Quality was awful and bore no resemblance to the advertised product. Have been in touch with them and asked for a refund. They have an internal process to that indicated that my request was under review. I have bombarded them asking for an update without any progress.
I received an email after a few days, but I don't understand Swedish do got no further.
Consequently I now find there email contact addresses are no longer reachable.
Think this is a scam Chinese site that is producing inferior Gant clothing .

Same as other reviews. Wish I’d seen these first. Rubbish quality and almost definitely fake Gant. Have tried to process a return and refund but have heard nothing.

If I could it would be no stars absolute fake even though I ordered through the website not Facebook. Not even good snide awful now they have blocked and I can't reach anyone at all. Avoid at all cost

Fake “ Gant” clothing of very poor and nasty quality and without washing instructions because I guess one wash would render them unwearable. Offered to send the goods back and was told to keep them and choose another product, which I refused. Trying to get my money back and have contacted Gant about the fake products. I was foolish enough to respond via a Facebook advert- have now complained to FB. Do not buy anything from them- the Swedish company is a front for the Chinese producers of the awful clothing

Totally agree with what everyone on here is saying do not buy anything from them fake clothing mine came from china it took two weeks to arrive in a crunched up black bag poor quality fake tops sent about 20 e/mails to them asking for a full refund they at first refused offering 10% then 20% and 30% I persevered for a full refund and finally got my money back today don’t give up folks!

The items are not made by Gant as sold.They are cheap Chinese copy's. Very poor quality.

I agree entirely with Nick Cowie. I have exactly the same bad experience. Mine came from Stockholm. Extra Large does not even fit my wife who is normally Medium. Nothing like as advertised. Disgraceful. Do not buy from this company.

Poor quality wrong size

The goods allegedly Gant sweaters, were nothing like as advertised. They came from China despite advertising delivery by Royal Mail from the UK . They refuse returns and offer 10% of purchase price refund instead. Update: After several emails refusing return and refund I reported them as a scam to the bank who got my money back.
