Still haven't received product after a…
Still haven't received product after a week. Item was posted, without tracking number. No way to find out where it is or when it will arrive. Staff are friendly and helpful on the phone, but the fact I still have no product is very poor.

After speaking on the phone, I have decided to change my 1 star review into 5 as you were clearly very passionate about the company and upset with the 1 star review. My only tip for the future would be to not blame your issues on the customer. Part has also now arrived at the garage.

EDIT: In reply to this customer’s edited review, at no point did we blame the customer, all we did was offer options in order to reduce inconvenience for him. Naturally we are happy that the order has now arrived with the customer however a little bit of patience could’ve been exercised on his part whilst we were rectifying the problem. Yes, we are very very passionate about our business and the care of our customers always comes first. As far as we are concerned, this is now an end to the matter.
We have gone above and beyond for this customer regarding his order. Unfortunately Royal Mail lost the item, which has naturally left the customer at an inconvenience. He immediately took to reviews and left us a 1 star purely because he did not get a phone call back from us when he wanted it. We contacted the customer and offered what we offer all customers if this happens. We send out replacement items straight away, not knowing if the original order will arrive. We take responsibility for all of our orders, however this customer actually said on the phone call that he didn’t want us to help him and he would prefer to keep his 1 star review on for us. Unfortunately a customer you can never please.
We will remain committed to chasing this item with Royal Mail in the hope this customer informs us when the product is received.

A class panamericana grill fitted.
Travelled 50miles to get a new grill fitted to my a class and so glad I did. Absolutely spot on company to buy from. Professional, courteous and instantly got the feeling that the company, are trying to do things the right way for the customer. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend. Just 👌🏼

Excellent service from Kits UK
Excellent service from Kits UK. Very helpful in the order process and ensuring I got the right parts. Packaged well and even after I had to reject the first delivery due to some damage to the packaging, they checked everything and sent it back out.
Very high quality kit, neatly and carefully packaged with plenty of protection and lots of fittings.
Only slight issue was a lack of any instructions in the box and one set of fixings was so well hidden in the packaging we first thought it was missing :-). A quick message to the company and they messaged me the install guide. Awesome
