After a few weeks of a disappointing experience in searching for full time employment, I have reviewed my initial comments about Ryan in his help to inform me of available posts. Ryan was going beyond and above to help me and I may have been a little unfair in my comments. It was more of a misunderstanding of the location stating where the Job was located. Looking into it with more detail it I could see clearly where it was so I’m just saying that Ryan was just as excited as I was to be selected for an interview but unfortunately the position did not suit my needs.

I have had to review my post after finding out that the actual job I applied for was false advertising. It was for a position in Lincoln which looked perfect for my location and also within commuting distance. Eventually I found out it was for somewhere completing different and was not suitable in every way for me to commute. I was offered the job after a promising interview but once I googled where it was I had to decline. I also blame myself for NOT researching more about the location, but the fact it stated in the advert, HMP Lincoln and was actually North Sea Camp was in my view was very wrong. I am very disappointed and will not be using this agency again.

Ryan was excellent, kept me posted even after office hours and was very encouraging. - prepared to go the extra mile and with a great attitude.
