Extremely happy that I passed first time with my instructor Chi Yau he is quite strict and has high standards but without that I wouldn’t have improved enough to have passed.

Very poor customer service. I had the phone put down on me, so unbelievably unprofessional. Andy is very rude! I'm so pleased I won't be spending anymore with this business.

I passed first time with Julie. She really is an amazing instructor and I would recommend her to anyone.

My experience with Julie Lavelle at M4 Motoring Driving School LTD was the most incredible experience. I thoroughly enjoyed every second learning with Julie. She put my nerves at ease and gave me the best learning experience and knowledge which then helped me to pass first time! She’s a knowledgeable, kind driving instructor and I would recommend her to anybody!!

Absolutely amazing instructor could never of done it with out her. My nerves were terrible and Julie really put me at ease no matter how many times l asked her to go over things 🤣nothing was to much trouble. If your nervous Julie is definitely the instructor for you

Signed up with M4 Motoring for driving instructor training. Was assigned a trainer who set up payment plan to pay for course. I had very little training (non for ADI 2 the second attempt) He left to start another driving company and M4 would not honour either the rest of my training I paid £1800 for and refused a partial refund saying that I have to persue him personally myself as a police matter! Total cop out, avoid paying them in advance if possible

I passed first time with no faults with Jason after a few months of lessons. He was very understanding of my own work commitments and fit me in for 2 hour lessons each week regardless. He had a very good approach to lessons, making sure that I was competent enough that he would have no worries for me taking the test, even providing a schedule so we could make progress in good time. Absolutely no complaints and thank you to M4 for the services provided!

My driving instructor Julie Lavelle is literally the best driving instructor ever!!!! I kept failing and missing out what I needed to do in order to pass and luckily I managed to pass yesterday. Thanks to Julie Lavelle. Even though i have learning difficulties, she made it possible for me to believe i can do this and provided the best support i needed.

My experience with her has been worth it and so far the best experience of learning and understanding the meaning of driving. Chi was exceptional: patient and a great teacher. He works with you on your deadlines, while never compromising his standards of making you a competent and safe driver. Passed my test today, and a big part of that has been due to Chi's tremendous work ethic and guidance. Would highly recommend!

Just passed my test yesterday with the help of my instructor Gulzar. I was very anxious and lacked self confidence but Gulzar kept pushing me, as he knew I could do it. He is a brilliant instructor, who teaches in a way that prepares you for many years of safe driving and great observation, not just on test day. He is also very reliable, always on time and never cancelled a lesson. Thank you so much Gulzar. We did it!! 😊

Passed within 5 months of being with Julie Lavelle after a year and half of no progress or improvement. Julie has been the best instructor, completely solved my road anxiety and any issues I had, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor at all. Going to actually miss our lessons! Just passed my test today with the help of my instructor Chi Yau! I can’t praise him enough, he is a wonderful instructor, very helpful and was always patient with me. He always took the time to explain what i didn’t understand, listened to any concerns i had and overall was very encouraging and made learning to drive something to look forward to! Fantastic instructor Julie Lavelle!

I passed my test first time and feel lucky to have had Julie as my instructor. She was very patient and thorough and was happy to explain me the things over and over again. I never felt silly in asking her the most silliest of my queries. Besides being a great instructor she is very considerate and amiable. Can’t recommend her enough and am truly grateful to her for all her help and support!

Just passed my test after learning with Julie Lavelle, I have to say from start to finish of being an inexperienced nervous driver, I felt at ease and Julie made sure I got the most out of every single lesson. She is super easy to get along with, and explains everything so well I will miss our chats every week. Would recommend Julie to anyone who is feeling nervous about starting their lessons, she is a fantastic driving instructor and I am so grateful for all her help!

I cannot thank or praise my instructor Tom Netherway enough. As an older learner driver I was extremely anxious in my first lesson, however Tom was kind, friendly and patient and no amount of explaining was ever too much for him. I will recommend him to everyone I ever speak to who is learning to drive. I feel like I was taught to be a good driver, rather than just be taught to pass a driving test. Excellent instructor!

I can not thank my driving instructor Julie Lavelle enough! She must be the most patient person I know, she goes out of her way to make sure you understand what we are doing, and will put everything into basic laymen’s terms if she has too! I restated learning to drive and specifically asking to have Julie L again!

Had such an amazing experience with Julie Lavelle who’s such a kind and lovely person to have driving lessons with. Julie has supported me a lot with my driving lessons which helped me pass my driving test. She made sure i understand and learn from all my mistakes and become confident with my driving. Highly recommend

If I could id give the owner Gareth at M4 zero rating. I see plenty of good reviews for others at M4 which is great. The ones who went with them are the lucky ones. Gareth took on our daughter, a block booking. He was so unreliabe. Cancelled lessons with very little notice. Cut them short. No planning with lessons or progress. Even to the point that he told our daughter he'd booked her driving test (which she'd paid for up front) which was a blatant lie! Which only became apparent after checking with the Dvsa. He then went awol. His lies have led to our daughter having to wait another 11 months for a test. And she's now cut her losses and got a decent instructor. A world above Gareth. He's a disgrace. Reported him to Dvsa, who have little authority, unfortunately. Have heard of others where he didn't even turn up on the day of the test!
Steer clear of Gareth. He's the owner / director. It beggers belief.

Would 100% recommend Aaron from Blackwood he is a great teacher and makes you feel comfortable while learning and I learned a lot from him and thanks to him I passed first time.
