Mr. McFadden is probably the best landlord I've ever had. He's responsive, flexible, courteous, and super professional. His rental contract with me is extremely reasonable. During COVID there were a couple months when I was without a job, and he was totally willing to work with me on the rent as long as I kept him updated. His maintenance contractors are wonderful; experienced, responsive, courteous, and they actually listen to me when I have an issue and suspect a cause. I love my apartment - I've been here 2 1/2 yrs now and have no plans to go anywhere else. If I do, I plan to buy and will use Mr. McFadden's real estate brokerage to do so. 5 enthusiastic stars!

Mr. McFadden became my realtor sixteen years ago when I purchased my first home. In this home I raised my two daughters. I found my apartment on a time crunch. Though there were some issues in the first few months, Mark did take the time to listen to my concerns and was prompt to fix them. He is mature, personable and kind.
Any issues I have had or concerns, he goes out of his way to take the time to do what he can to help.
