Just what we like to hear — a lovely purchase without the long wait! 😊 Thanks for choosing Mabel & Fox and for leaving us five stars. We really appreciate it 💛
Returns system needs work.
Love the range in products from Mabel & Fox but the return system is dated.
No return label supplied, only given an address to return to after the return was agreed and it cost me £10 to send a small teddy back (cheapest option, not tracked). This has put me off ordering anything again unfortunately.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We're glad you love our product range, but we're sorry the returns process has left you feeling disappointed. We understand that £10 is a lot to pay to return a small item, and appreciate how frustrating that must have been. We don't currently provide prepaid return labels for unwanted items, but your comments are really valuable and we'll certainly take them on board as we look at ways to improve the experience. 💛

The item was a birthday present and…
The item was a birthday present and when opened is was found to be broken. After contacting them I received a full refund as they did not have another in stock. They also asked for the batch number which they will use to claim it back from the supplier. Everything was dealt with quickly so I am happy.
