Incredible; I was told by 2 Apple organisations that Mac was unfixable and to retrieve data would be over 1k. So I thought I’d lost my Mac and all data after dropping mug of coffee on it. Someone suggest I try eFix. Was fixed and all data retrieved, incredibly quick, Mac working like new and was a so affordable. This company is truly brilliant!!! Thank you 🙏

after sending my mac book to currys where we purchased it from they sent it back and said they couldnt fix it as it was too old so wouldnt even take a look at it, contacted eFix and the customer service was brilliant from day 1, sent laptop away to them and every thing was smooth sailing they kept me updated on progress and costs and got the laptop back fixed within 1 week. The repairs to my Macbook were scheduled in and I was sent a postage label which also covered the Insurance whilst the machine was in transit. All I had to was securely pack the laptop and deliver it to my local post office. The repair cost was very reasonable included a new screen and battery and the laptop was returned by courier in circa 8 days. Delighted with the service and my machine is as new.

Attempted repair of keyboard after liquid damage myself; made things worse of course, but eFix sorted it out with no stress. Very clear and helpful. It's really hard to send your precious Mac away to strangers, but this is a completely professional service from start to finish. So relieved and happy to have my Mac back.

These folks had my MacBook back up and running for 15% of the cost the Apple partner (Select) quoted, having correctly diagnosed the fault Select failed to find, and not changed ANY of the hardware the Select engineer said was at fault.
Superb workmanship, Macbook looks like new, brilliant comms, recommended.

Broke the screen of my (very old) Mac Air and found this company online who said they could repair it. Wow what a great service, clear instructions, fully insured transport, and returned fully functioning within a week.

From start to finish Reece was exceptional, in this day and age when people are out their trying to make a quick buck and poor workmanship you have people like Reece and companies like MacBook Repairs (efix) don't waste your time with Apple, they had my laptop for over 7 days and quoted me £500 + vat, Efix 48 hrs and £208+vat and that's with delivery back to me. Definitely recommend I'm a customer for life.

I went to Apple as my MAC (for work!) suddenly wouldn't switch and was told I needed a new (expensive!) motherboard and I would lose all my data! I called Efix having seen their reviews and they were confident they could repair my motherboard (giving a 1 years guarantee on the repair) which no-one else could offer) and I would not lose my data. The cost was also much better than anyone else I contacted in London, and my MAC was welll package and quickly returned via DPD! I will definitely use them again in the future !

I was nervous. Sending a £1600 macbook pro through the post, I was nervous. Even though it wasn’t working, however, fears were not warranted. Excellent service, communications, persistance, patience, and returning the laptop in a working condition, even with internal damage, done by another company (1 of two, including OEM - I cant prove which one). Kept me up to date on all aspects and fixed all that was wrong with my macbook Air on time.

Have to admit I was wondering why they were coming in £200 less that everyone else when it came to repairing the cracked screen on my MacBook Air but I rang the phone number and spoke with someone who explained the set up and what they do and so I sent it off hoping for the best! I was notified as soon as they received it and even though they said 10 working days I did email after a few days (still slightly worrying) and got a response within a couple of hours. Just got the laptop back now all within their time frame and the job is spot on!

I thought I had broken screen but they took the time and effort letting me know it’s only the backlight that needs to be replaced, which is much cheaper. Now it’s good as new. Excellent repair!

Absolute legends, they Fixed my Macbook Pro for 1/3 of what Apple quoted me.
I had my M1 MacBook's logic board fail. I took it to Apple, and they said I had to replace the whole board and lose all my data for half the price of a new MacBook.
After some research, I found this place. Even though I'm based in London and was a bit reluctant to send my MacBook over, after reading the reviews, learning about the company, and emailing them, I decided to do it. I could not have been happier with my decision.
They paid for the postage both ways, kept me updated about every step along the way, and repaired my Mac within the time frame that they said they would.
Highly recommended! These guys work only with Macbooks and they know what they're doing, plus they cleaned my laptop so well that it looks like a brand new one!

My 2017 MacBook screen started flickering alarmingly and quickly became unusable. I contacted eFix and discussed the issue (plus an overheating concern), received a very reasonable quote, including postage back, and sent the Mac off. It was turned around in a matter of days and is now working beautifully. I'm so pleased to have found eFix, especially as Apple won't support older machines which actually have years of life in them.
