We’re so glad you’re enjoying the overall ride! Regarding the flats—we totally get the surprise; while our fat tires are built tough and 'thick' for stability and traction, they can still be susceptible to sharp debris depending on the terrain.
Pro-tip: Making sure your tire pressure (PSI) is in the optimal range for your riding surface can often help. Some of our riders also swear by tire liners or sealant for that extra layer of 'puncture-proof' peace of mind. Thank you for the feedback, and here’s to smoother paths ahead!

Bike is still up and running but that’s…
Bike is still up and running but that’s only because I put the work in constantly to repair it. Granted this bike is rode daily by my 14 year old, we have had nothing but issues with the bike. Parts consistently loosen no matter how much of the appropriate amount of lock tite you utilize, several parts have broke including the crank arm, deraileur and the battery. The design of a heavy lithium battery suspended upside down with only basically plastic components is a problem especially when a bike bounces from regular road terrain.The headlight the bike is designed with is a terrible idea, the side bolts loosen all the time to the point it strips the thread holes which forced me to purchase another one. Same results second time, got fed up and ordered a good quality light bar, drill and tapped the handle bars and wired it to turn on and off. The chain is made of inferior metal and rusts at the near thought of moisture(yes I regularly lube the chain and take care of it) ordered a new one March 30 and still no order update. A company claimed to be in California yet every single part I’ve had to order from them comes from overseas. The tires that come on the bike are paper thin, after several sets of them I switched to a reputable manufacturer , all and all I would not purchase this bike if given the option and or chance again
I’d like to edit this post- as I did have a lot of issues with the bike, maybe I just unfortunately had a lemon. I will tell you this after writing a true honest review Macfox reached out to me immediately and rectified this situation. Their customer service is top notch and are actually sending my son a new bike. So if there are any doubts, this company will actually stand behind their product which is hard to come by nowadays. Thank you Macfox for making my son happy!
