Needed a car that was in stock after my wife wrote hers off, and Mad Sheep promised a Qashqai that was ready to go. I signed the digital forms for it, and It turned up 3 days later, was cheaper than most other places, some of whom didn't have the cars in stock even though they claimed they had, and we are very pleased with it.

I've never leased a car before, but Haley Jones made it a great experience from start to finish. She always had the information I needed, always knew what part of the process I was at, and most importantly always did what she said she would do. Whether it was a phone call or an email, she followed up on it and I never needed to chase anything, which is rare when dealing with companies (in my opinion anyway). I've leased cars from numerous companies in the past but I have to say that Mad Sheep have been wonderful to deal with and easily the best. I ordered a Mercedes E Class Convertible which was ridiculously cheap and it arrived quickly and just as advertised. Thanks to both the sales and the admin staff who were incredibly helpful, professional and easy to talk to, they made the whole process a breeze.

From start to finish these have been an absolute nightmare. Hayley is so unbelievably bad at her job, you have to send several emails before you get any sort of response. Just going back through the emails from when i first ordered the car until it went back...can't believe i actually went ahead with using them. So unprofessional/rude/unhelpful. Would never recommend these, pay an extra couple of £'s a month and use a proper company that know what their doing!!
