It's always easy to give a review when…
It's always easy to give a review when things go exactly as planned. However, one finds out about customer service when it doesn't.
I had an issue concerning a survey, which I completed, that at the exact second that I pressed "Finish survey", the company that issued the survey disqualified me.
I contacted customer service, which began with AI, but promptly transferred to a real person, Laura. After about 15 minutes, we came to a mutual acceptable solution to this issue.
Kudos to Laura and to Madai

I have to admit, I'm usually a bit skeptical about online survey sites, but Madai has been a genuinely positive experience.

è ok!
Mi trovo bene. È facile da usare, non ci sono cose complicate e non devo dare troppi dati. In Italia non ci sono tantissimi sondaggi, ma tornando un paio di volte al giorno qualcosa si trova e si guadagna. Non ci sono punti da accumulare, quello che vedi è quello che hai. Per ora tutto ok.

Positive experience
Positive experience. The platform is simple to use and it does not ask me to register or give personal data to start. Different from others, there is no complicated point system: the value earned is immediately clear and can be redeemed in real gift cards. It is not a miracle service, but it works in a correct and transparent way. My advice: watch the community pot, it adds value even without doing anything, but it can also be redeemed by others.

Não usem esse aplicativo. Vou contar umas coisinhas que o Madai não conta. Testei esse app durante o mês, três turnos por dia, e Nunca fui classificado para nenhuma pesquisa.
Além disso, é enganosa a divulgação a respeito de ganhe por qualquer clique. Você ganha,mais perde,e a explicação, bem duvidosa, é que o saldo é público, alguém faz uma pesquisa e leva os pontos..o suporte via e-mail é bem demorado.
Não recomendo!!!!

We consider this review misleading and harmful to our reputation. Here are the facts:
Support replies – We have clear records proving that you received answers from our team both by email and by chat, always within 24 hours and often within minutes. This happened despite the fact that many of your messages contained vulgar and offensive language, which is unacceptable.
Threats – In your communications you explicitly threatened to post a negative Trustpilot review unless we gave you money. This is serious by itself, but even worse, your request was unreasonable.
Community pot vs. personal earnings – You asked us to give you the community pot, which you openly admitted was not money you had earned. In fact, you never completed a single survey on madai.com, so you never earned even one cent of personal balance. The community pot is free, shared extra value that belongs to everyone, and any user can redeem it at any time. When this happens, the available amount decreases — but nobody loses their personal earnings, because in your case you had none.
Surveys – Like every professional platform, not all users qualify for all surveys. Eligibility is decided by the research companies (country, profile, past answers, quality checks), not by us. Being screened out is normal and does not mean losing money.
In conclusion: this review not only ignores rules clearly explained on the platform and in the FAQs, but it also contains false statements, offensive behavior, and even threats against our team.
We stand by the transparency and fairness of our system and will not tolerate vulgar threats or false claims.
Resetting
twice i was close to redeeming the $5 thereshold, it would juat restet me back to liken$0.97, anytime i would get close, i even signed up with my email, scam website

Hello.
Nothing has ever been reset.
The amount you see is a combination of two things: your personal earnings and the community pot. The community pot is extra free value that you did not personally earn. It is a bonus shared by all users, and therefore anyone can redeem it. When this happens, the available amount decreases — but your personal earnings are never touched or reset.
Accusing the platform of being a scam just because you did not understand this mechanism is not only incorrect but also unfair towards the community and the team working behind it. Everything is explained clearly on the platform itself and repeated in several places, including the FAQs.
If you are not willing to take a few minutes to understand how it works, then it might not be the right place for you. But please do not spread false claims about a system that is completely transparent and that thousands of users use correctly every day.
