We had a very difficult experience dealing with MADAME A DIT OUI as a customer. After placing an order, they requested a cancellation and then became increasingly hostile when told the cancellation needed to follow our standard process/policy.
Rather than communicating professionally, they repeatedly escalated the tone, sent multiple demanding emails, and used threats of reporting us to the ACCC as leverage to force a specific outcome, despite us replying promptly, explaining the options available, and asking for clear confirmation so we could proceed.
The issue wasn’t the cancellation itself; it was the unprofessional behaviour, refusal to engage constructively, and the unnecessary pressure placed on our support team throughout the exchange. Based on this experience, we would not want to deal with them again.
