We have had the whole house done with them which also included Bay Windows as well and the the curtains look amazing .we had been given the personal service by Alex and after two visits we finalised the colour scheme (thank you for Patient ).We are very happy with the service received from their team Anette and the instal Team Thank you Made

We used Made Curtains for blinds and curtains throughout our home and are very happy with the outcome. The team were helpful during the entire process and very patient with my many questions! We're delighted with the end products and would definitely work with Made Curtains again.

Fantastic experience, the team is organised, patient and responsive. I had no idea what I wanted and they really helped me think through my decisions whilst keeping my budget in mind. Special thanks to Jordan who spotted not one but two mistakes made by our architect who had specified curtain railings. Had he not caught these it would have been very annoying and expensive to rectify later!

All the team at Made Curtains have been great. From the initial contact with Sharon to set up my first appointment and arrange a quote, to Jordan who arrived with a plethora of fabric samples to choose from and provided a thorough and competitively priced quote. Jordan helpfully offered some suggestions to achieve the look I wanted by moving our coving and was beyond patient while I ummed and ahhed and changed my mind on the final fabric. I never felt I was being 'sold' to or pushed to make a decision, which I appreciate and would have made me avoid at all costs. The team also helpfully put me in touch with an excellent builder who was able to do the coving work required. I am so thrilled with the finished product and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Massive thank you to everyone at Made who helped bring it all together!

Amazing company!! I love my new curtains, they are even better than what I hoped for.

I got both privacy blinds and curtains, plus installation, for my new apartment. This was my first time getting curtains —Jordan was so patient and helpful at the curtain consultation, he went out of his way and I’m really thankful. He brought plenty of samples of curtain materials and he gave excellent recommendations for the curtain materials and colour based on what I wanted.

The installation went seamlessly and I’ve had no issues with them so far, and as I’ve said they look amazing. The materials are top quality and feel lovely. The curtain design and type that I got based on the recommendation suits the apartment very well and is exactly what I need for my lifestyle.

They were all very friendly and communicative throughout the process, everything was very smooth overall. Definitely worth it, would recommend.

Truly excellent service from Alexis and his team. He's gone above and beyond to ensure we get a product we love. I've had a fantastic experience starting with the first time, I contacted Alexis. He's been very responsive and hard-working and seems like a genuinely nice person. I truly enjoyed talking with him and his team during the consultation and installation.

In terms of the products, they are also excellent. The range of fabrics and styles is simply impressive. The tracks blend perfectly into the wall, and I was very worried about putting curtains in a curved window that I have, but he easily accommodated all the quirky windows in my flat. Scheduling was easy, and the job was done quicker than expected.

Very happy with the end result and received a personal service throughout. The curtains were made quicker than we expected, we received clear and prompt communication and the fitter did a great job installing and kept everywhere dust free. We would use again.

Measure and install service
I used Made to measure up for my blinds and then install them. The team were helpful, reassuring and efficient. It was a little tricky finding a date to install but once here it went like clockwork.

I ordered my double pinch bay window curtains and a metropole with Alex at Made Curtains.The service was excellent.They look amazing and from order to completion took just under 3 weeks.Alex and his team are very professional,efficient and courteous nothing was too much trouble.I couldn’t be happier with such excellent quality curtains and the fitting team.I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Came to them due to the good reviews but sadly that's not my experience at all. After over one month of delay, over 8 failed visits what should have been 3 (thereof 2 no-shows without telling you til later in the day, 2 re-measures, 2 failed installations), they continue to let us down.

From the moment we paid the upfront free, communication became non-existent, later on mixed contradicting information from different team members. A lot of over-promising and under-delivering.

Extremely disorganized and lots of quality issues. For example their "blackout blinds" are not sewed at the bottom and the hole is letting a lot of light through. Now they are asking for extra money to simply "sew the bottom together" as "it is not standard". Our quote was over £10k which apparently does not include "bottom sewing". The sides are leaving huge gaps of light through as well which "is standard" for them.

My mind is blown how difficult this entire process was and still is. Obviously they won't refund our money back. Really wish I had saved myself from this grief.

UPDATE: the 9th installation failed again, they now advice that it will take another month for the next appointment. 1 out of 3 rooms has curtains, after over a month of delay, 9 visits, and a huge sum paid in advance. AVOID!!

From start to end Made interiors have been great. They were really helpful with choosing a style and product to suit the room, and there was lots of communication around delivery and fitting. I’m really happy with the overall experience and the blinds are lovely! Such great quality!

Jordan and his team have been very helpful! My husband and I had no idea or knowledge about curtains and its different types. Jordan gave us great advise and ideas as some rooms were challenging. The fabric selection and installation went super smooth and we totally LOVE how they look! I’ve been realised the big different a curtain can make to a room. Thanks again for the great service :)
