Complete scam. Robbed me of 100 bucks i NEVER got. They wont respond or help. Awful scam website.

This "Company" is nothing but a scam. I have ordered jeans from them in the past and have always had to wait an extraordinary time for delivery.
January 5, 2025 I received a bill from FEDEX for import duties.
Of course, I attempted to contact them and never have received any response.
All they do is send the order to a company in India that makes the jeans out of substandard material which rarely fits.
RUN FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!

If I could give this company a zero, I would. Their website says free shipping but fail to tell you will receive an invoice later from FedEx for the duty taxes. DO NOT ORDER!

Disappointed after 2 months and down $250,
I placed order with two jeans with this company,
1st order I placed, received jeans after almost month it was not fitting well, I complained that they are too small, they said it was made correctly, I thought there was issue with me taking wrong measurements, they convinced me to place another order and they will compensate me with extra pair of jeans and this time double checked measurements and also confirmed with them before placing order, after another 2-3 week of time, I received two jeans, both were off the measurements that were confirmed by large difference, they were too baggy and slip right away from my butt,
now I am stuck with three jeans that doesn't fit me, I asked for refund, they refused and stopped answering my emails

Horrible experience, they are not even sure how to make jeans , extremely disappointing, never replied to my email after customer service, I asked them twice to confirm the details of my measurements before placing order, they said it will be perfect fit, promised me and provided 100% gurantee promis, when i received ma jeans, and they are not even close to what i asked and provided for, i tried to contact they never responded after two week someone responded and said will give 50 dolor coupon, waste of time and money

I felt it necessary to write a review as I believe after sales service is the measure of a company and I have received an exceptional after sales service. I ordered two pairs of jeans at dimensions I had spent time on. When the jeans came they were not quite correct - I contacted the company and they immediately sent one out which fitted perfectly and on my confirmation another pair were made and dispatched. This is my second order as the previous jeans have worn very well and lasted. I would return again without hesitation.

Read the reviews after I purchased and was shocked. I decided to give them a try and the fit is damn near perfect, using garment measurements. Didn't have to experience customer service, as no problems with the options I selected either, so cannot comment on that. Fabric is fine. Overall, worked for me.

I ordered two pairs of Jeans which were clone to a pair that I sent to be copied , I am satisfied with the results, the fabric is very good, the color of the jeans are exact to what I ordered. My jeans were complete in two weeks and I received them about six days later. Customer service was responsive, timely, and courteous to my enquires. Ordering another pair, I would recommend.

This guys are pathetic liars, didn't received what I ordered, and when complained they responded that, it was my mistake, even I shared photos of every measurement I took, and shared with them side by side, my body and their jeans, they are not accepting the fact that they made mistake, and like they are doing any favour , they said they will issue $50 coupon.

Do not bother even trying again !!!

I was disappointed with the jeans that I received because they lacked the details that I requested - three belt loops, double button fly and royal blue thread. I just sent an email asking how this issue can be fixed.

Beware of getting robbed if they make mistake
Do not even try their service ever,
Bunch of lies in name of after sale service,
sent several photos and proof to them to convince that they had made mistake
and for their mistake they offered a $50 coupon,
Finally had to file chargeback with my credit card company to get refund.

I made it clear that I did not want any low rise jeans. And what I received was some poorly cut low rise jeans

I ordered light blue, slim fit jeans, and got (very) dark blue, skinny jeans. What? I have written to customer service.

EDIT: after some curt exchange with customer service, I got the jeans I ordered delivered free of charge (completely, I didn't pay delivery fees) and I could keep the initial pair I got, even though It did not fit super well. The second pair did fit.

I complained to the company about the fact that I was charged duty of €58 on one pair of jeans. They responded immediately offering a discount for this amount on my next order. They also said that if I was charged duty again, they would refund it. I have just placed my next order and been given the discount. Hopefully, I will not be charged the duty next time and I will be able to recommend this company.

Never received my jeans, I ordered pair of jeans for me and my fiance in april and it has been 4 months they have not responded my emails neither made my jeans, last month they put notice on their website stating they are taking orders but they dont have any specific delivery date due to covid19, they removed the notice about 20 days ago, but still I have not heard from them neither they shipped my jeans, don't ever buy from this website, I will file claim with my credit card company

I love the jeans I ordered. The fit is fantastic. I am a petite 100 pound 62 year-old whose usual choices in jeans is in the boys department. The measurement process was easy to follow. The company asked me for some photos of a pair of jeans I had. The jeans arrived and are beautifully made with buttons instead of a zipper. I wanted 100% cotton, preferably very heavy. They told me that the heaviest cotton wouldn't be a great choice, which is what I had hoped these would be made from, why I gave 4/5 stars. I found the company to be true to it's product description and the price very reasonable, since I have a shelf full of ill-fitting jeans that I can't wear.
I would definitely purchase again and give high recommendations.

The jeans provided were smaller than the waist sized specified in the order. MTOJ remade them once, but again sent jeans smaller than the size ordered. MTOJ refused to accept the jeans back or remake them to the requested size. Although I sent pictures of the jeans with measuring tape included, showing they are 2" too small in the waist, they won't do anything and insist on receiving pictures of me wearing the jeans.

I had ordered 2 additional pairs (that I have never received) and they act like they are offering great customer service for cancelling those orders. I paid for 3 pair, received 0 that fit and haven't received a refund for anything.

Had some jeans made by these people, gave exact measurements taken by a trusted tailor I had used before. Received the jeans 3 weeks later, Rise measurement way off, as in 4" off. Looked like something a gang-banger would wear. Contacted customer service, they asked I send pictures, which I did. That was weeks ago, have heard nothing back. From what I've read in these reviews, along with my experience, your experience is likely to end in disappointment, and short $ 100.00. I recommend you look elsewhere. Update 12-31-2019: took these "custom-made" jeans to an experienced tailor to see if these things could be salvaged. He promptly told me they WERE NOT custom-made and showed me where they had been chopped off at the bottom, then re-hemmed. No wonder the rise is so long. He had actually heard of this company. These people are straight up fraudsters, and I suspect the rare good reviews for them are from shills.

Not a good company! I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing ☹️ I sent my own jeans that I wanted cloned to them, and stated that I wanted the same color wash (ie very faded/distressed). The fabric & color they made wasn’t even close!! I contacted them and told them that I was disappointed and they refused to remake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS w/this company. Dishonest.

It was about how I expected. The jeans fit, but they are an extra inch or so long. The quality of the fabric is a fairly thin denim - but I mean, what else should you expect given the price for custom-made jeans?
They are a little tight on my waist as well, but I don't mind, given how well they overall fit.
I'm happy, but the poor customer service and seemingly sketchy based on other people's experiences of this company make it so I wouldn't order again.
