Paid £40 for an abaya with trousers (that is now £60 on their website!) and after wearing it once the trousers ripped. The second time I ordered the same set in another colour, I washed it once and it came out of the washing machine pilling!
The quality is cheap and the price so expensive! And they don’t give refunds (only vouchers which won’t be useful because I won’t order again from them)
I wish I would like it. But they don't refund for Random quality item. unfortunately you never know what you will receive and every time you return you get a credit note (shipping not included even if faulty). Prices have gone up to receive a 💯 see through item and so bad quality. It never end with them, only get back to you quick if it's not about an issue. And you have to post on Instagram if you want them to get back to you and they will tell you they have sent you many emails which is so untrue. I think I could have leave without reviewing but the fact they get back in public Instagram messages politely lying about replying to me while it was days and days I was trying to reach them privately regarding an issue is sincerely ridiculous and dishonest.
TLDR: They sent me the wrong order so I returned the order to them. They received it however they never refunded me and have ignored all my emails since in addition to having blocked me on Instagram.
Story time:
This company sent me a completely different product from their website to the one I ordered, I suppose a stockroom mix up. I wasn’t annoyed at all by this because I have a business myself so I know that these mix ups can happen sometimes. I emailed them 3 times to let them know of the mix up that had occurred and it took them 2 weeks to reply. When they replied they gave a vague email that they will “look into this”. Was very confused what there even was to “look into” as I sent photo evidence of the incorrect product I received, I assumed (correctly) that this was just said to me so that they could bide time before responding to me properly or hope that I would just forget about it and leave them alone. Anyways, I had to email them an additional 3 times after their vague message that they would “look into this”, they took 2 and a half weeks to respond this time whilst they were “looking into it”. They finally responded, saying “we are sorry to see the items were not to your satisfaction” like huh, don’t try put this on me being fussy LOOL ofc they aren’t to my satisfaction it’s a completely different product to what I ordered 😭😂 what good two weeks of “looking into it” did for you LOL. Anyways in that email they also sent their return address finally, this has taken over 1 month for me to obtain. So I returned the order to them (baring in mind I also used my own money to do this despite the fact it wasn’t my fault that they sent an incorrect item) and ever since I returned it I never heard from them again. They were quick to re-list the exact product I returned to them for sale on their website without even having issued my refund, I know this for a fact because there was only one of them put back into stock and it was sold out prior to me having returned the item. I had sent them an additional 4 emails over the course of 7 months after the return was received by them then I just gave up. They also blocked me on Instagram. I was always very polite in all my emails, never rude to them even once despite being frustrated in reality so I would have appreciated it if they could at least treat me with a mild level of respect by at least responding? 😭 As I mentioned earlier I have my own business and I could never imagine conducting my business in such a poor manner, it’s as if they don’t care about their reputation at all subhanallah, I’m actually shocked that they are still in business because their customer service is beyond poor. If their products were amazing it would be a bit more understandable why people still buy from them but their products are generic overpriced alibaba/aliexpress mass produced clothes which they obviously don’t quality check either. It’s been 1 and a half years now, so it’s quite obvious that they don’t intend to ever give me my refund so I may as well share my experience to hopefully save others from experiencing the same thing, if you decide to ignore my warning don’t cry about it when they mess up your order and don’t let you return it 😭.
Unfortunately my sister in law also had bad experiences ordering from them (despite my warnings to her not to order from here). It’s evident that it’s so much effort to get a refund/return an item/receive the correct order/ receive acceptable quality clothing/ receive any form of communication from this company. Before this incident I had ordered from them about 4+ times over the span of 4-5 years and each time there was something wrong with the order mostly quality issues (items were badly stained, head opening could fit two heads in there etc) and they never respond so I had to do PayPal claims. The one time they responded it was to offer me a coupon (for when I was insane enough to order again) to use for my next order instead of a refund. They must have a phobia of issuing refunds at this point. Now that I think of it I’m SHOCKED that after 5 years their quality and customer service hasn’t improved one bit.
If you insist on ordering from this company pleaseeee order through PayPal, I made the mistake of not doing so the last time and look where that got me 😂 here! But alas I will never order from here again even if it’s the last company in the world, I should have decided that the first 4+ times I received messed up orders from them 😩.
It’s a shame they don’t let you upload media here. Low-key hoping they will see this review and bribe me to take it down by finally giving me my refund, in shaa allah! 😂

No return on my item they got wrong
I have been a loyal customer of Madina Paris forever and have spent over £1300 with them I made a £400 order recently in which I bought an abaya butterfly in size 3 I'm 5'8 so size 3 should fit me perfectly however it was completely dragging on the floor. I messaged them on Instagram and spoke to a sister who was so rude she mentioned my weight stating if I lost weight it would fit me differently. I was also told that I wouldn't be given a return or an exchange and would either have to sell the items or get them tailored which would have cost me an extra £75 because of how many pieces I bought from them. I was then told I would have to get in contact with them in a week so they could bring it up in their work meeting however when I got in contact it took ages for a response and I still didn't receive any help and have been left with £400 worth of clothes that don't fit me. Unfortunately, I have unfollowed them and will not be buying from them again and would advise people to shop elsewhere because as a business let alone Muslims this is completely wrong. I have never had an issue with them until now but how they have dealt with me and how I have been spoken to has been unacceptable. Many business who give fair returns policies... as a successful business MADINA PARIS should be fair to their customers and as Muslims they shouldn't be greedy
I have ordered from here a few times and initially, all was great.
Then came an item (which I brought as a gift) that I needed to return and here lies the problem. The Madina Paris website has no returns policy, anywhere. I have been emailing and messaging on Instagram for 2 months and still nothing. I had one lady respond on Instagram who said she will forward my query to the email contact assistant, still nothing.
To make things worse, some of their items are not as pictured, colours are not as pictured, coats look slimmer than they are or some items have arrived faulty. Due to this, I would have returned 50% of what I have ordered, had there been an actual returns policy and that’s most likely why there is no returns policy.
The website also says they accept PayPal, I have not seen this as a payment option but if it is at all possible, I would advise paying with PayPal for some kind of buyer’s protection. Otherwise, if you buy from them, know you are buying at risk.
