anyone know how i can get back my money from overseas from this? have not received my item yet ever since my purchase in january

Simon Golledge has been running this boutique for a while and reselling our products. He has not paid us a great amount of money and seems to have shut down his website and contact (email and phone). I can see that many people got scammed by him, myself included. Good luck to him to do business again.

Ordered a jumper as a Xmas gift but it was too small, sent it back for an exchange between Xmas and NY, exchange never arrived, chased numerous of times, kept being told it will be sent out. Never received it so they said they would refund, we are now the end of Feb and I still do not have a refund.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Shocking levels of customer service. I placed an order in early Jan which unfortunately got lost in the post. Not, Madly Motorsports fault, these things happen however the communication and level of service to resolve has been terrible. Informed I would get a refund which hasn't arrived and since then there has been zero communication and no reply to emails after weeks of chasing. No phone number either.

Order three t-shirts and a jacket. The T-shirts arrived quickly so no issue there but the order note just had on the jacket “to follow”. Contacted on the 6th feb regarding this after waiting a few days with no delivery of the other item and had reply on the 7th with ‘technical issues’ in the warehouse. Since then I have received no further contact on where my item is after 3 more emails. This company should only be used with caution as you cannot be guaranteed what you order. 30th January was the order date and review done on here on the 20th. My advice is to avoid this website

We ordered a Teddy bear 🧸 which was very good only thing I would say is would of been nice if the tee shirt had fitted the bear better.

Bought a hoody on Jan 13th, the item was too big so sent it back for a smaller size which apparently was no problem.

Well no response after no response then finally after sending multiple messages it’s a daily email of it will be sent tomorrow with tracking number and no still nothing

Now they have deleted their a Facebook Page, removed all items from eBay shop and still I’ve not received the goods.

I’m now out of pocket but will speak to the bank tomorrow.

So avoid at all costs. I will be sharing this on all the F1 pages as well
