I think Ive learnt my lesson from ordering from websites that pop up on instagram. Reading other reviews, I can’t be bothered with returning the item.
I ordered a ring, which when it arrived, appears to be a very cheap, prob mass produced version of what I thought I was ordering, not like the photo at all.
Very disappointed.

Was sent absolute rubbish
Was sent absolute rubbish, and then my returns package was stuck in customs in China for months.....and then suddenly my emails were sent back undelivered......expensive lesson in not to trust the internet. Do not buy anything from them.

My ring package arrived from China weeks after payment with nothing in it!

Do not trust this site. It makes you believe that this lovely person somewhere in a studio in England is making beautiful jewellery when in fact the jewellery is sent from china using the cheapest material you can find. I spent $180 on things I would not even give to a child. What I don’t understand is how they are still online and getting away with it!

This is a scam
This is a scam, the email that I ordered from was a lady that in the UK that did hand made jewellery and was selling because of retirement. I have paid £50 for jewellery that are not as advertised, and have been told to send back to China, allthough there is a Uk address on the envelope in Farnham. I will be insisting on a full refund as they also said I would be discounted 15% off the price if returned. This is disgraceful! Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods not as described should have a full refund.
I would like to add that I bought the jewellery from Mauve Aurelia, email address is a .com. I believe that this not the same as Mauve Jewelleries.

CHECK...People be careful when reviewing on here as this is NOT the scam company as far as I believe. The scam company I have encountered is maeveaurelia.com and HelensGems website too (both linked and both same stock). They have used a unknown pic of a woman and the cheap nasty stuff comes in a jiffy bag. it is claimed it is handmade and from Ireland. It definitely is not. I have reported the other two sites.
