won a few hundred on hacksaw games last night and tried to cash out via USDT. usually it's instant on other sites but they've been processing it for over 14 hours now. customer support keeps copy-pasting the same generic script about security checks. I'll probably get the money eventually, but this waiting around is trash and their live chat is utterly useless when you actually need help

Got some decent hits on Hacksaw slots last night and managed to get up to $400. But the withdrawal is taking forever. I requested a payout in USDT over 12 hours ago and it's still pending. Usually these crypto sites cash you out in like ten minutes. Support is just bots telling me to wait. I'll update if it actually hits my wallet but right now I'm annoyed.
