Prompt response to my request to change the size before shipping to me.

I failed to read the sizing and ordered a Medium, my usual size. I reordered a 2X. I will give the medium to a charity shop or Goodwill. I do not know an adult small enough that could wear the very tiny medium. The small fee is a bit excessive. I'm waiting for the invoice.

Excellent response time! My tanks were too big. The response to my email was quick, friendly and ready to solve my issues. The tanks are being replaced, same colors, in a smaller size. The size guarantee is real and handled quickly and the friendly, supportive care makes the experience very positive.

As to the tanks, they are comfy and will perform as advertised when I get the new size. I am looking forward to my replacement order.

The size I ordered was way too big. Maggie offered to send a replacement in a smaller size. I only had to pay the shipping. That’s great service and I appreciate the support and speedy response

Sizing was not very clear and they helped me order the right size for me.

Although I had had conversations with them in advance about sizing, I needed a bigger size than I had ordered. They were very patient and responded to my exact needs.

Tanks give you an unflattering droopy uniboob. Company doesn't do full refunds or returns.

Maggies Tanks was very customer focused. They immediately notified me of receipt of my order, sent a link to track shipping and notified me of delivery. Their notifications included pictures of their worksite which gave me comfort that they are real people! Lastly, when I had a sizing issue they immediately rectified my issue. Highly recommend.

Terrible company!!! Do not buy from this company.. everything is manufactured in China, takes forever to get the product, its terrible fabric and doesn’t fit properly, plus the workmanship is terrible. When I went to return it I was told the best they can do is give a 50% refund so basically I just waisted money for a bad product that was hyped as the best thing since sliced bread. Don’t fall for their lies and deceit!

Terrific service on exchanges; cute designs

They accidently sent a wrong tank to me, but Maggie and Andrea will be covering the cost of sending me the original color I ordered. Plus they were super responsive and kind!

Tried to return for a refund as the tanks are flimsy and not well made. Was informed they don't have an address to process returns. BUYER BEWARE. Customer service is awful.

I made a mistake in placing my order. emailed them and they handled it quickly. My only suggestion would be to upgrade their website. But other than that I'm excited to try their products.
