I have stayed with Magical Vacation homes for several years. They have been totally professional and helpful. Manny and Marcos were always available and responded to all our needs. Will always use them in the future.

Our stay at RVH_570M | Whimsical Way was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool was a huge hit—our kids loved it, and my wife, sister’s family, and I enjoyed the pool and spa every single day, even in a little rain! The pool even had a basketball goal with balls included, plus a grill where we made burgers and hot dogs. The Sonos system was a great touch—we had music playing while relaxing inside and poolside, which really set the vibe.

The movie room was a favorite too—my in-laws were practically glued to those seats for all 6 days! It was such a relaxing and refreshing space.

Overall, our stay at Reunion was marvelous. We will definitely be back and will be booking again with Magical Vacation Homes!

We stayed at the gathering luxury in reunion resort the home was great clean and the kids loved the game room and the theater. There was one thing we did pay for heated pool and it was not heated there was 2 days it was only like 48 and 54 degrees so you would think we would definitely feel the heat in the pool then, I did notify them of this.The good thing was we could walk to the pool down the street and that was heated so we used it all week. The home did have everything we could need...great stay..Diane

Mention the amenities in these properties blow away anything that we have rented previously. The themed bedrooms , games rooms and pool areas keep our children entertained throughout the entire day. One day we actually skipped a theme park as our kids wanted to “hang out at the house” because there was so much to do. Their great customer service made the process very smooth as well they answered any questions we had throughout our stay. This marks my third year bringing a large group to Reunion Resort, and once again it exceeded every expectation. We absolutely loved staying at the legendary “White House”—and honestly, it’s even better in person than it looks online. There’s more than enough space for 18 people, packed with nonstop fun: games everywhere, a stunning pool and jacuzzi, super-comfortable beds, and a massive, well-equipped kitchen loaded with dishes and pans for cooking up big meals together. On top of that, Reunion Resort’s service was outstanding—quickly turning up the pool heat when needed and even replacing missing golf balls for the putting green without hesitation. It’s the kind of place that makes every stay memorable and keeps us coming back year after year.

Once again, working with my reservation agent, Marcos Domingos, was an outstanding experience. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine focus on the guest truly set him apart. Marcos consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is handled smoothly, making each stay at the resort seamless and enjoyable. He delivers the kind of personalized service that keeps guests coming back.

Magical Vacation Homes has been great to work with and Marcos has gone above and beyond!!

This company took $1350 for pool heat they never provided. Lots of lies and excuses while providing a pool we could not swim in. Not to mention after taking the final balance, they then informed us the water park for Reunion would be closed for 2 weeks. In total we spent $15,000 for this stay and Magical Vacation Homes has been nothing short of a nightmare. Buyer beware, this place will lie to you and cheat you out of your money.

My husband and I had a great experience booking our reservation (#8216329) with Jasmine recently. We can't wait for our stay with Magic Vacation Homes and we hope we have another opportunity to book with our family again!

I called magical vacation several times to try and book a vacation rentals. However each time I called I would speak to a representative who would either rush me off the phone or provide little to no feedback on questions that I would ask. Not to mention i spoke with a representative on black Friday and was not advised of the black Friday discoint. However I kept calling back because they appeared to manage some of the best looking properties in the area.

All my uncertainty went out the door after speaking to representative Jasmine. She was very informative and able to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pushed to the side.

Before speaking with Jasmine I would have rated my customer service experience a 3 at best. However, Jasmine provided phenomenal customer service which was deserving of 5 stars!

We have visited Orlando twice in last three years and after our experience using magical vacation homes we would t go else where -

We had big fans of a certain cowboy and space toy and magical vacation homes found us the perfect house with a special themed room that our kids loved -

The whole house catered for fun with double games room full of new and retro arcades - play stations and x boxes pool table and table football -

Pool and plunge with outside kitchen was excellent touch. Other guest rooms were all 5 star and like being in a hotel absolutely excellent value and perfect distance to travel to all the theme parks.

We had a fantastic stay at Reunion Bliss on Desert Mountain at Reunion Resort. The pool deck was huge and very private, and the kids absolutely loved spending their time in the pool.

The home was clean, immaculate, and well equipped with everything we needed. We also really enjoyed taking advantage of all the amenities both in the house and throughout the resort.

We highly recommend Magical Vacation Homes and staying at Reunion Resort — it was an excellent experience from start to finish!

The quality of the beds, linens, luxury coffee setup, thoughtful welcome gifts, and every amenity was exceptional. It truly felt like a luxury vacation home and a resort all in one. We typically stay at The Ritz-Carlton, and this experience offered the same level of luxury and service — but with the comfort, privacy, and space of a stunning home within Reunion Resort. We were so impressed that we’ve already booked two weeks for next year!

Great stay and the One Mansion anything was amazing

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying with Magical Vacation Homes! From the moment we booked, everything was smooth, clear, and professional. The home was spotless, beautifully furnished, and even better than the photos — it really felt like a home away from home.
Inevitably, we had a few small snags (as all houses do), but they were dealt with amazingly quickly and professionally. What really stood out was the personal care — we even had a visit from the company’s president, Mr. Bateman, who took the time to ensure that Magical Vacation Homes were exceeding our expectations. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated.
The location was perfect — close to all the major attractions yet peaceful enough to relax after busy days. The private pool, comfy beds, and attention to detail made our stay exceptional.
