She’s has horrible customer service she’s very rude and gives attitude when asking simple questions. If I’m paying someone hundreds of dollars I have questions about the services. I will never order from her again. Beware!! You will be scammed her magic does not work I don’t even think she’s doing any magic she’s just collecting your money then send you an email claiming that the work is completed.

The spell did not work, I gave it plenty of time before I emailed Tina. Just recently I was thinking of the spell and it’s been about 8 months since it was cast. Most companies I’ve ordered spells from require you wait at least 6 months for a free recast or 1 year for a refund. On their website it says to contact them for a free recast if the desired results have not happened. I looked all over the website and it doesn’t state how soon a recast can be requested. She told me no recasting after 3 months and to order a spell again for her help. I then emailed her back saying about no condition specified on the website on when a recast can be requested and that I don’t trust throwing out more money for something that didn’t work the first time. She told me the amount of time I waited to contact her was ridiculous and to not buy another spell as I didn’t get results. She wasn’t professional on how she handled my emails. If you are going to offer a recast on your website and then turn around and say it’s been too long, at least put a time frame under the conditions. As for the spell, it seems this is just a money grab and their work is not legit. They don’t ask for any pictures or the last name of anyone involved with the spell. I would be very careful and avoid this place. They only have 5 star reviews on their website and from reddit posts I found people that tried to leave reviews that were never posted because they weren’t 5 stars.

Tina is very rude. Her casting did not work and when I emailed to recast or provide some sort of partial refund for the very expensive service I paid for that did not work, she blew up at me. She does not handle her customers with respect. Even when her website does say that she is a reasonable person, and if you are truly unhappy with your purchase or did not get the results you were hoping for, to email and she will see if we can come to a compromise so that we’re both happy… well that’s a total lie. She was not helpful or reasonable. And I am discontent with her service.

I had a very disappointing experience. I paid a significant amount, trusted what was promised, and waited patiently, but there were zero results. No outcomes, no clear explanation, just excuses and reassurance with nothing to show for it. This felt misleading and not worth the money at all. I strongly advise others to think twice before paying.
