I clicked on a FB ad to buy an office chair cover and arm covers. Afterwards, I was alarmed when I got warnings when I tried to visit the company's website and bad reviews when I Googled. HOWEVER, I emailed customer services to confirm my purchase and got a lovely, helpful email in response and about 10 days later I received a beautiful chair cover and arms covers that really brighten up my workspace. I wish I could upload a picture.

DO NOT BUY. I knew this was a mistake as soon as I saw the packaging shipped from China. Product does not represent the product in its advertisements. Very poor quality, ill fitting, no way to get return.

DO NOT USE. Was late and wrong colour. Based in China not Bolton. Ignored emails for over the 30 day refund policy and no returns address. CON

A complete waste of money. The quality is below poor, there customer services is non-exsistant. My email regarding a refund are just being ignored. If you're reading this, don't waste your time, money or energy with this 'company'.. what a disgrace... shame on you!

Terrible service. I am £140 down from being miss sold a product!! Their pillow cases state that is fits all sizes which it doesn’t and I had 10 pillows to cover!! This has completely ruined the whole look of the sofa and I have emailed repeatedly asking for a refund as everything is in there covers and can be returned and resold!! No response and no care for their mistake and happy to leave a customer with a product they can’t use and money wasted. I am a single mum who wanted to cover my sofa due to stains from my toddler and now I can’t even get a refund so a product I can’t use!

I like the covers and it does its job. These printed covers can actually do wonders while remodelling existing homes. I can say that the ties are a little flimsy but overall I am very satisfied.

I did read a number of reviews, but gave it a try regardless by ordering a three seater cover. I did check the measurements before ordering, and theoretically a 2 seater cover would have fit at its maximum length, but went with the 3 seater and think it was the right choice.

The instructions for fitting, particularly the first step, does not make it clear that there's a front and a back to the cover, and it does need to be right way around to start with.

Pros - It does cover the sofa as expected, reasonable cost, quite quick shipping. Satisfied customer.

Cons - perhaps it's just my sofa, but the foam wedges they supply to hold the tucked material in place seem to creep out. Also, I ordered a plain cover, in light colour, that shows every mark and bit of lint. I would consider a patterned cover if ordering again.

Ordered a cover and it did take about 7-10 days longer than I expected to arrive. It is on the big side for my small 2 seater sofa but looks ok when on. I will need to spend longer fitting it but with a couple of cushions it’s fine. Communication is non existent if you have a query but all in all my experience has been far better than I expected after reading the reviews.

Dreadful company!! Do not use!!! Took £50 from me and never delivered my sofa cover! Have sent 3 emails, tried their live website chat several times and sent a message on Instagram- no response at all.

No stars! Having ordered, I received a tracking no. but no order no. It took weeks to arrive and when it did it was not the one I ordered. Got a horrid flowery thing in the post, when I ordered a simple geometric pattern. I haven't unpacked it, (as I wish to return it) so don't even know if it fits. I have tried 3 times now to contact them, but receive no reply at all. RUBBISH.

I ordered £150 worth of covers without checking the reviews first. They came a completely different colour to the site, so I went online to refund and shock there isn't a returns policy, you have to email to get a refund but there is no one at the other end responding to emails or live chats. Since then I've seen a few websites operating in similar ways and can only assume they're fraud sites? Weird as they do actually send the product through... anyway DO NOT USE.

The product is rubbish, 2 lounges both covers DON'T fit by miles! Stretching?? tried for days just way short of material so you can't tuck them in, they just sit on top and look rubbish. They suggested sending back! yeah right, freight to china and no g'tee of arrival or receipt, probably cost $50-$60, no way. Got caught, they should be closed down which they will be eventually but they've made there money by then!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! SCAM! Took money and I paid for express! No goods and no reply to countless emails and messages! SCAM 100%

Terrible service, arrived late and does not fit, it is definitely not great for dogs as mine has holes in and torn after 2 weeks. I have emailed and not got a response. I wish I read the reviews below first before buying. What a terrible company! As a customer service manager myself always putting my customers first it is really disheartening to see the way they treat their customers! Please do not buy from this company.
