Magnummotorhomes Avis 

I purchased a Truma combi boiler along with the iNET X LCD display for my van conversion from Magnum Motorhomes. I found that after only approximately nine or ten uses, the iNET X LCD display failed. It would not respond to touch control, and the icons were dancing across the screen.
I contacted Magnum Motorhomes and explained that I'd purchased the product some 17 months previously. Kim, who was dealing with the problem for me, explained that she would need to contact Truma and told me that there was a 2-year warranty with this product.
I sent Kim the information that she requested, and she contacted Truma and got back to me the same day to say that Truma will replace the item straight away.
I've just received the replacement LCD display just two days later. This is how online business should be done, in my opinion. It gives a customer confidence when buying an item of this value.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Magnum Motorhomes and the products from Truma given their prompt attention to my claim.

Ordered on line and missed something off. Phoned them and they posted out the same day. Easy to deal with and extremely helpful and know their stuff.
