Well didn't look at any reviews unusually before I purchased a few for myself and my family. Nothing arrived but I gave it 2 stars as I did get a refund from paypal.

Ordered two torches after 10 day wait package delivered with only one torch inside. Two email to company and no reply. Avoid this company at all cost.

I received a poor quality & faulty item. I was told they don't offer returns, unless I pay the postage to China!!!!! The would offer me a 50% refund if the postage costs were to high.

Avoid this company at all costs. Total bunch of cowboys that sell poor quality & faulty items.

I ordered goods on 8.4.22. And paid in full for the items none of which arrived!!!!! I tried on so many occasions to ask when they will be delivered not ONCE DID THEY REPLY!!!!!!

Never ever received goods and you just ignore me #422117 you must be making a fortune as you are not sending goods and just ignore us

Ordered a product after an Instagram advert. It didn't arrive, no response from Customer Services - fortunately it appears that Paypal have blocked transactions so I had no loss- I've report the page to Facebook and Instagram but I'm guessing many others have too. Just avoid them - its a scam company.

We it arrived it's perspex and only one-sided it's crap
Now telling me they don't accept parcels back because of covid restrictions and only offered me 40% of my money in return keep away from this company

Ordered a pocket penguin. Item arrived it was plastic not glass as advertised. Thought this was a UK company but the item came ‘from overseas’. Also the gift card had spelling mistakes on it. Didn’t bother trying for a refund as all the other reviews I read said it was a waste of time. Please don’t buy from this company.

I saw a toy advertised on instagram, thought it would a lovely gift for my grandchildren... it never arrived.
The tracking number they gave is useless. The product never arrived. SCAM, SCAM

I returned garment due to inferior quality with nylon thread hanging from unfinished hem.It was delivered without any invoice,return advice.When I questioned their return policy they quoted”Due to Corona Virus”I was only entitled to 30% refund which to date has never been received.Strongly advice not to order from them.I think they also be trading also as lucky.com

Company will not answer emails. Have not received goods. Clearly all a scam. Do not use.

Fairy’s park is a joke. The other reviews say it all. My biggest issue is with the media platforms that allow them to peddle their wares and rip people off. The only upside is that if you’ve not received your goods after thirty days, your credit card provider will raise a dispute. Still a ball ache though. Must be a way to stop these people?

Absolutely appalling company bought 2 memorial baubles from them on the 3rd dec 2021 for Christmas and we are now the 11th Jan 2022 and all they do is fob you off telling already been delivered yet I have received nothing. Can’t follow the shipping as it is in Chinese and they just keep saying the same thing been delivered ask friends and neighbours or local post office. Talking absolute rubbish absolutely rubbish company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY WHICH IS ALSO GOING BY THE NAME OF FAIRYSPARK TOTAL RIP OFF MERCHANTS.

Bought two mini security cameras both do not work!
After emailing them they reply with an email address you cannot respond to!

I purchased two of the diamond light changing lamps, which, once charged, should work for up to 12hrs on the battery. However, unless plugged into the mains, they don't work.

I contacted the company, with a photo, and they said the best they could do was 50% refund, as they can't accept returns due to coronovirus!

I responded by sending them the LEGAL information of statutory rights, and I've heard nothing since.

Firstly, I didn't ask for a refund, I thought they would exchange, secondly, and I think most importantly, if they can not accept returns due to COVID, how can we, as customers, accept their products in the first place??

Goods arrived after thirty days and missed Christmas.
Paid £4.99 for postage that took over a month.
Socks were not as advert. Poor quality and too narrow for adult foot. Suspect they are children size.
Asked for refund and return goods.
Offered 50 per cent refund.
Have taken it up with PayPal.
Wished I had never ordered.
Waste of £20.
Update: pursued this through PayPal and got my refund. Excellent result from PayPal.

What a joke this company is and also what an appalling customer service they have.......just flog you off with shipped and its arrived in the UK with hermes but from that you can't get a tracking number of them for hermes, so you can chase it up with them......all you get is excuses that it may be held up due to covid yet my parcel was picked up by hermes from Heathrow airport on the 26.11.21 and now it is 23.12.21 and when you ask for a refund, they just say they can't because it has already shipped.......DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!
