Business runs on trust and commitment, but unfortunately, that was lacking. The experience felt really unprofessional, with commitments not being upheld. After wasting so much of customer’s time, when asking about the expected delivery date, refunded the money.

MaheTri 28" Leather duffel bag Travel Duffel Overnight Weekender Leather Bag //

It's made from a sheet of paper-thin leather glued to coarse, rough-woven canvas. Would be more accurate to call this a canvas bag than to say it's made from "full grain leather". If I put two feathers in the lining of a jacket, is it accurate to advertise it as "made with genuine down insulation"? No.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the quality of the leather. Shiny, hard and plastic looking. The handles are leather, the rest is cheap. It's not something I would take into public.
I'm too disappointed to send it back. I give up.
That's just awful. Never again.

I had a very different experience with MaheTri, a good one though.

When I bought a leather bag first time from them, The courier delivery agents mishandled the bag and made it unusful by keeping it in humid condition.
However team Mahetri was so good that they allowed me to have a replacement for the exact same price.And the new buffalo leather bag I got from them is fantastic and suits my climate.Its a great experience to talk/chat to their customer service team who were kind enough to sent me product screenshots. I totally wholeheartedly recommend Mahetri.
