Whitehall Balmoral Mailbox Post Mount - Black. The whole process was easy. From picking what I wanted from the many styles on their website to the ordering process. It's a very well made mailbox. The mailbox came packaged well and undamaged. Ordered 12/24/2022, shipped on 12/29/2022, arrived on 1/2/2023. I am a happy camper!

For future orders
For future orders, please tell your customers cement is included. I did not need that and it was a waste. Also, the delivery date scheduled was wrong- they were a no show. And never contacted us to say so.

Easy to order. Received fast and it is just beautiful! Love the gold/brass lettering in the side. Nice and big for packages and mail to lay flat. Magnetic closure ensures no water intrusion.

I bought an insert but not the entire mailbox by mistake. They were friendly and quickly send the return instructions. If you do this be warned about the expense of return. UPS is not inexpensive. Try USPS.
