MailerCheck Avis 3

I've been trying to reach the MailerCheck team for a couple of weeks now about a security matter. Submitted a report through their official responsible disclosure program on April 22, but haven't received any response yet - not even an automated confirmation that the message arrived. Started following up on April 24 through other channels, still nothing.

MailerCheck looks like a well-built product and I'd genuinely prefer to sort this out directly with the team. If anyone from MailerCheck or MailerLite comes across this - please check your security inbox, my details are in the report. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Mailrcheck is an easy to use tool to check the veracity of email address before you add them to your marketing list. The platform offers a great solution at a reasonable price. If you wish to maintain a strong sender reputation, Mailercheck is the way to go.

MailerCheck is, in my opinion, mis-sold. The program check your email templates for various problems; e.g. spam flagging, etc. It highlights those problems and tells you if your template has a problem or not.

However, it does not tell you how to remedy the problem. Thus, those who are non-technical (i.e. those who are likely to buy the program) are given no assistance to correct the issues highlighted by MailerCheck.

I raised this with the support team and was told that because I had used the program to check some emails, I could not be given a refund. In other words, if you buy and then find the program does not do what you thought it did - tough!

I am doubly upset because the sister product; Mailerlite ... which I use for my email marketing and newsletters ... is very very good.

Oooo ... and the template with problems I could not remedy ... was a Mailerlite template. Arrggghhh!!!!
