Confirmation - #MM1079 I placed an order for 2 dresses when they arrived the style and material was totally different from the image on their website. I spent £71.79 in total and was offered to keep the items for a refund of £21.00.
I explained that I didn’t want to keep the items as they are no us to me, and wanted a full refund. They sent me a name and address in china to return the items, however the name is not the company name in which I bought the items from. It’s a name of a person. I requested proof that the details they sent to me was the correct details relating to the company I had purchased it from Maison-Moda. Not happy this company shows fake images on their website, that when you purchase they keep 70% of your payment because you want to return the item and get a refund.

I had a small sizing issue, but managed to work with it. the material is soft and wearable. Delivery and updates were handled properly.

I PLACED MY ORDER ON 31.03.TODAY IS 08.04 AND STILL SAYS IN TRANSIT LAST UPDATE ON THE 6TH NO POINT TO ORDER FROM THEM AND WAITING FOR YOUR ITEM IS 2WEEKS TIME DONT LOOSE YOUR TIME AND PATIENT,IF I KNEW I HAVE TO WAIT 2WEEKS I WOULD RATHER BUY FROM TEMU FOR 10£DRESS
