I paid for this item and never received it. I contacted the company but they said they and sent it and completely ignored the fact that I never received it.

The product I ordered didn't look anything like the website, it was cheap material... was supposed to have Jean accents and it was cheap polyester fabric. I wanted to return the product, but it couldn't be shipped back to ottawa, it had to go over seas and shipping was going to cost too much. They offered me a small percentage of what I paid, I am extremely disappointed.

A total scam, I ordered a knit and a denim shirt. What I received was a polyester outfit. They go by another store name, Maison Lea & Lou. They say they have been in business since 2014. I followed the trail and the company is a one man show from the Netherlands just opened up 2025. No phone, or address. They did not charge GST. Another reason it’s a scam.

Do not order from them!! It's a scam. Products are from China, and it's not even close the same thing as the pictures. Poor quality product, even shein quality is better.

Everything went wrong. I placed my order early December 2025, for a winter coat, described as a warm 'parka'. The price was really good, so I bought 2 coats of different colours. I waited several weeks, while exchanging with Ottawa Mode regularly. I wrongly thought this company was located in Ottawa, so I asked the 'customer service' why it was taking so long for delivery? When, will I receive my coats? It took another 4 days before I received a reply and each time, it was a different person...or name writing a reply. It's middle of January and I haven't received anything yet. When I finally received my order, I was disappointed to discover 2 raincoats, very cheap quality and not at all a the winter coats I ordered. Plus it was the wrong size. They offered the send me the right size...but I really didn't want 2 more raincoats, I needed WINTER coat. So, I made a suggestion. I would choose a WINTER coat on their website as a replacement. They agreed and gave me a code to add when reaching 'payment' that would reduce the cost to $47. Good, even if I didn't quite understand why they charging me for a free replacement. But reality hit again. There was no option to add the code, and the payment went through, my replacement order was fully charged to my credit card ...once more. Now, this company owes me two orders. It's February 6th now, and I am still trying to get a refund. They offer 10% which is ridiculous. I have requested a 'dispute transaction' on my credit card. It's also a long process. I have to download documents and proofs...while hoping to get a refund or another replacement coat. I might receive it in the Spring...or Summer. Don't buy anything from that company! It's a scam and all their merchandise is from China. There are no labels on the clothes, their sizes are always too small, and the quality is similar to a very popular online company - no name, everybody knows that company - that doesn't charge 5 times the price for their items, and where returns are easy, if you're ok with their quality. I hope this is a helpful comment.

Delivery was fairly quick (order placed January 21, 2026 & received February 4th. I like the look & fit of the coat. Quite flattering. But the zipper is virtually impossible to get zipped up. Metal teeth stick. Had to have husband zip it up for me. Used lubricant & it's a bit easier but still not ideal.

Ik wil anderen waarschuwen voor deze webshop. Na betaling heb ik mijn bestelling nooit ontvangen en contact opnemen levert niets op. Via andere gedupeerden heb ik gehoord dat meerdere mensen hetzelfde hebben meegemaakt. Ook zijn we erachter gekomen dat deze Noah in bovenkarspel woont,

Just letting you know that the picture s of this company are the exactly same as Georgian Bay boutique. Product is not right sewing bias tape into back of neck no instructions on how to wash on a label which doesn't exist on top. Packaging says from china not Canada.

I would have given this company NO STARS if I could. As was stated in most of the other reviews, the items received look nothing like what is described on their (fake) website. The sweater and the coat in particular. Would like other customers that were victims of this fraud to know that my credit card company stood behind me on this one. I lodged a dispute against the charges and they found it valid.

The sweater I ordered was not a sweater full stop, It was a nylon thing. I have fought for over a month with them and they said there are no refunds. First is was a month late due to "delays" and then when it came it was the shiny nylon/polyester thing nothing at all like the image of what you are purchasing. This site is a total scam!

Bought a "sweater" got a cheap Temu syle terrible, ugly piece of garbage. Do not purchase from these scammers

The service was brutal! Order was placed 1st week of December. Finally received balance of order (because it was shipped in 2 different orders), first week of January. They advised by email the 2nd part of the order was received on December 19, 2025. When I had a prior email from them apologizing and advising it was on its way. Then they once again advised it was delivered. I finally received it 1st week in January 2026 after multiple emails. I kept requesting a contact number over and over and nothing was provided.
I was very disappointed in the items I purchased once received. The quality was terrible! I asked about a refund but then once again the emails started. I decided to take the loss because it was not worth anymore of my time. I will never purchase anything from this company again!

Ordered December 7th. Still nothing. From the reviews listed im sure if I EVER get the sweater it will be junk. Not Canadian. (The only reason I chose this company). Totally disgusted with this company. Communication never matches reality. My Canadian sweater went through customs 😂 Canadian?? Hardly.

I ordered from them in November and as of January have not received my item. When I sent an email to them, the reply came back heavily redacted. So disappointed and wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

DO NOT buy from this company!!!!!! It is a total SCAM!! You'll get emails saying "Your package is on it's way" but no package. Then you'll be told that it is too late to receive a refund because the package has already been delivered to the "local pick-up point" (whatever that means!).
PLEASE DON'T BE STUPID LIKE ME - SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

The items received were all poor quality. What we thought were knitted were plastic polyester crap. Neck whole in 1 item was large enough to fit over a large pumpkin. Do not waste your money.

Do not order from these scammers. If I could give 0 stars, then I would. I ordered a Julia Retro Sweater. Site said it was a wool blend Sweater. Got the sweater and it's 100% polyester. The graphics don't look anything like the ad. It's a cheap Temu type Sweater. These people are scammers.

I have received the new jacket! 2nd order although with a discount. What is going on? It is the same beige colour as the first one! The invoice states brown which I ordered but it is the very same as the first one which is beige! I took a pic of the two of them side by side and they are identical! Also the zipper is broken! So unhappy and it has been nothing but challenges since I placed the first order! In their photos photos, the jacket is brown not beige! Not satisfied at all with company! I tried to be patient and understanding but definitely not the brown colour I wanted! Christmas gift but not sure what they are going to do about it! Many emails and they were apologetic but still no satisfaction for my orders. Will never order from thnem again. Save your money!! Placed first order November 11/25 and still frustrating as many emails going back and forth and still not rectified. Terrible company! They don't deserve a star but that is the only way to write a review!! Do not order from this company!

Like some other customers, I received a sweater that is absolutely not comparable to the one on the add. It is not comfortable, it is 100% polyester and looks cheap and not finished. It cost 5 cent to make and it looks like a rag. It is coming straight from some chinese factory. There is no size on it and it is not soft at all. I want to give it away but I do not think that it would please anybody. The neck opening is so small and the fabric so uncomfortable. I was sent the same email that somebody else mentioned by Minfred: my order has been delayed for multiples reasons 3 times, and as a compensation, they give me 10% off on my next order and within each emails, it was written that my order should arrive in 3 days. After 3 weeks, I replied and ask for an explanation. I was told that this was unfortunate and that the delay was still within the standard delivery window! This is when I started to question their authenticity since the 3 other emails were mentioning that my order would arrive within 3 days... This is very unfortunate that this pseudo company is making profit out of us using false advertising and have the nerve to send garbage products without any real return policy... They make it on purpose to delay the delivery so that we cant return the clothes within the time frame . I have lost 70$ and learned my lesson.

This guy is hurting so many people by scamming them.
We found out he lives in the Netherlands, Noord-Holland (nearby) Hoorn and his name is Noah Kolk (also known as van Stralen)
