Quality is not with the price

I love the products that they offer, but my posts always break on my earrings and the quality is not worth the price. I would look else where.

I spent $65 each for a pair of 12mm…

I spent $65 each for a pair of 12mm hoops and was excited about how they advertised the locking part because my ear holes have stretched over the years . After 1 week, my granddaughter noticed that one was unclasped so she fixed it, I heard the nice "click" yet 1 week later, I looked in the mirror and the same one was gone. Obviously that hoop had a faulty clasp and now I wasted $65 and have only 1 hoop left. That was money I thought I could justify, I was wrong

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Very delayed response to my questions. They excuse the behavior on only having limited employees. When buying a necklace they recommended a gold lock. I purchased and it didn’t fit the necklace. When asked they said “Oh that doesn’t fit on the explorer necklace”. When returning they charged me 7.00. Money doesn’t matter but the lack of simple courtesy does. Quality is so so. I think Quince is better. I will no longer purchase gifts from Maison Miru.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE

maison miru is a rude company of small minded people who have blocked me from purchasing because i returned items that did not live up to my expectations. now i need a link for one of their bracelets and they will not allow me to purchase it…. so i cannot wear the bracelet. really messed up!! be weary before you buy from them

Not To Be Trusted

They sent me a long survey with over 30 questions promising a $25 gift certificate if you answered the survey. I did answer it and have received no gift certificate. My email to them questioning the non-arrival of the gift certificate has gone unanswered. I would not trust Maison Maru.

Corrupt company will take your money and you’ll have nothing

The nap earrings have huge non adjustable backings that hang down, looking terrible and ripping your ear holes larger in just one day. When I tried to return them right away, they offered what seemed like a good fix by sending shorter backings. They admitted in their email that their posts are too big and most people have thinner earlobes. The shorter backings they mailed me that I paid for, were also too long and had the same effect. After waiting for them to ship the new backings, I was then outside of the 30 day window at which I initially attempted to return the earrings within 30 days but they offered to try the shorter earrings. I initiated the return and after they received the earrings back are now refusing to give me a refund for very expensive costume jewelry. Do NOT take an offer for them to mail you something that probably won’t work. I have filled a report on this company with the Better Business Bureau and with my credit card to try and recoup the refund they had promised originally.

Good quality

I ordered several earrings and have had them in for almost a year now with no issues. Customer service was super easy to work with when I did an exchange. Note that the jewelry looks much larger in the photos on the website than what you actually receive. It is hard to justify the price for the tiny jewelry you receive (they often don't sell earrings in a set, just a single earring), but you can't beat the quality.

Super overpriced

Super overpriced, they do not honor their own offers and poor customer service.
As a first time customer I was offered free shipping. When I logged on to their website I saw a little Emoji pop up, offering me $15.00 my order if I subscribed to emails and txt messages. NOTE!! that no where, in fine print, was it mentioned that offers can not be combined or added to a sales item.
When I was checking out, I saw that I was charged for shipping and did not get the offered discount. I reached out to customer service and we went back / forth - properly 15 emails or so, but they did not provide any service at all.....all I got was "sorry we can not do that".
I had to PROVE more than once that I had done 'my part', but to no avail .... if I send screen shot(s) I should receive what was promised ! end of story.....
I will never shop, nor refer anyone to this company

This company is great!

This company is amazing. They have been wonderful. It is hard sometimes ordering online. Sizes don’t always make sense. Especially when it comes to jewelry. I ordered something and it wasn’t the right size . I reached out and they were so wonderful about responding and helping me to get the right size. I can tell you how great it feels to have someone care like that. They not only offered to replace but really helped by asking several questions to help me get the right size I needed. Awesome experience.

Much love for Maisonmiru…

I have been ordering from Maisonmiru for the last two years. I have purchased lobe, cartilage, and nose jewelry. All of them have been fantastic quality with no issues. I have never had an issue with tarnishing or breaking. some of my pieces have been in for over a year and they’re still going strong! I like the nap earrings as they are so comfortable I forget they’re in my ears. My only issue with Maison Miru is that I have purchased all the styles I like- I am impatiently waiting for them to drop new styles!
