I ordered a lovey for a friend's baby and it is great but, when I ordered it, my payment wasn't processed and I wasn't informed of this until about three weeks later. The lovey wasn't delivered almost a month after I ordered it and this was disappointing. In the past, I think it has taken 2-3 weeks.

It was so easy to design and it was here in no time. I love it and will be using this sight more often.

We got the dalmation dog blanket monogrammed with red letters for our friends' son. So perfect because the dad is a firefighter. He absolutely loves it! He always wants to hold it.

I never write reviews but Makaboo is just awesome. I order every baby gift through them (probably about 60 gifts in total over the last 7 years or so). Rave reviews on wrapping, product quality and delivery. I even messed up the address for a gift one time and they helped me correct it. If only service everywhere else was this good!

Products are tasteful and well-priced but "free gift wrapping" was misleading. I ordered two personalized blankets was thrilled gift wrapping was complimentary, thinking each item would be boxed with a ribbon and ready to go with a gift tag. Wrapping consists of a clear cellophane bag tied with a ribbon and the gift message attached. While attractive, it's not "ready to give" and I still have to go buy a box, tissue, paper and ribbon and then put all that in a shipping box. Perhaps a clear explanation of the wrapping would help adjust buyers expectations so they know what to expect.

I was given a animal pillow engraved with my sons name in it for my baby shower two years ago, he loved that thing so much I purchased another for my second son and he loves it and it also helps him learning how to sit up. Easy to wash and still holding strong!

I ordered a couple personalized onesies for two friends of mine. I was surprised to find them packaged so nicely, and basically gift ready (if they were going to the same person). I was happily surprised with the quality stitching and soft material. I wasn't sure what to expect, but now that I know, I'll definitely order again from this company. The gifts are so special.

My relative was pleased with the design of the 3 Sprouts storage bin featuring the raccoon design. It fits in with the woodland theme of her nursery. She states she has other non-rigid storage bins for toys, and they work fine. Delivery of the bin was prompt.
