Absolutely disgusting service.
Deceitful and possibly the worst response time, level of service, and most dismissive replies and I have ever received.
I had a license subscription for SolidWorks which for which I paid on a rolling monthly basis.
Firstly, Dassault covertly doubled it without any notification, it took me 6 months to notice on my bank account. They argued I had been notified yet, when asked to provide evidence that I had been notified, Dassault could not.
Secondly, it took 9 months (yes 9 MONTHS) to respond to the service request. As timescales go, do you think that is acceptable?
Thirdly, and the most important part, is the tone used in the responses. The response is blunt, rude, dismissive, and talking about me in the third person; your representative is corresponding directly to me, so please have the decency to write as if you're talking to me and not to your colleague with me sat in the corner.
Overall, I am appalled at the lack of communication and the awful service I received (when eventually finding the time to respond). If this is the service they provide to their domestic customers then I would go elsewhere.
