Excellent service
I am an investor and very happy I found Beeline for all my loans, this is my 3rd time buying a property in less than 4 months with them and again it was super easy. Jeff is the to go guy at Beeline, his experience and knowledge of the real estate market makes it very straightforward and I am glad I found him.

Great job
Great job! I had been trying to get the cash out refi for months with a different company. The whole process with beeline took about three weeks and everyone was super efficient , helpful and be very nice. Even though the closing costs were a bit higher the convenience, friendliness, and efficiency made an it totally worth it. Will recommend.

Easy Peasy
Alex and Judy were awesome. We had a few bumps in the road on my part, but they both swooped in to solve the problems and close our deal. Closing was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

DSCR Loan / Farmhouse
The property we were buying was farm land that was be re-surveyed to sell just the farmhouse and 2 acres. The back and forth between the county auditor / rezoning / etc. took some time. The Beeline team was great at keeping me informed of the process. Would use them again.

We've used Beeline to do 3 loans for us now on different properties. All were conventional. Our rep helped us work through different options and figure out what made the most sense for us. I will see them in another 6 months for my next cashout refi.
