Make An Entrance Avis

made an order (5103607) and they sent it the wrong size and printed in mirror. They sent a replacement, also the wrong size.

I reported this and they offer to send me strips of coir to make up the difference and cut myself with a stanley knife. This is not what I expected, as I paid for a bespoke sized mat which should have fit exactly, not to be sent an incorrectly sized matt (twice) and then offered strips of coir to make up the difference.

the strips of coir were never sent to me (been waiting a month now) so hence the 1 star review. All I received from this shoddy company was incorrectly sized matts.

If you can't make things to measure, then dont advertise it as such or allow customers to specify dimensions if you are incapable of sending the matt at the requested dimensions.

Looks great, finishes off our room beautifully. Arrived in great time too. Really happy with this service.

Can’t fault either the products or the customer service. Very happy.

The latest of a few orders I've made and once again excellent choice, great quality products and an impressively quick delivery time. Altogether an outstanding customer experience and throughly recommended.

A brilliant & efficient service…
I put in an order online. The next day a member of staff politely contacted me to confirm payment & delivery details. Two made-to-measure mats arrived within a couple of days. Could not have been easier.

It was perfect to have a customized mat for my entrance. It looks great and has a softer look than the 'usual' brown choir mat. Very pleased.

Quick delivery and a good quality product

Great mat. I bought the one with the embroidered edge and is so lovely and thick. Looks fabulous outside m,y front door and was a reasonable price compared with other companies.

Great company offering a stella product of the highest quality. Customer service and staff outstanding. Recommend highly.

Product arrived very quickly and was exactly what was needed - high quality and fitted perfectly. The company rang me to check that the measurements I had entered online were correct, which I very much appreciated.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery, meets standard expected, cut to size well so fits our location,

This is the second time we have ordered a doormat from Make an Entrance. The quality is fantastic, the website simple to use and order from and the delivery prompt. We are delighted with our made to measure front doormat and would not hesitate to order from them again.
