Lumpy nicotine
My last bottle of nicotine had big blimey lumps in it. It's the first time I have experienced this from you but it made it difficult to get the vape juice out of the bottle and into the vape.

An excellent collaboration! Last year I placed my first order with them (supply for my e-cigarette, enough to last me a year). Everything went as planned. Instant shipping! Good, unbeatable prices, quality products. I was very satisfied, so this year I placed another order, but unfortunately the legislation changed, I was not up to date, and my package was refused at customs. I explained the situation to them and they were very receptive. When the package returned to their warehouse, I received the refund without delay. In conclusion, I recommend the team and their products!

I love this store
I love this store, I’ve been using it for about 7 years now and it has saved me so much money by allowing me to DIY my e-liquid.
The other day I had a self inflicted problem with my order, I rang up the helpline which was a real person named Tom. Tom understood my issue, and went out of his way to correct it for me, keeping me updated with a callback. 10/10 customer service and I will continue shopping here thanks to his help.
