Mallardmed is legit, ships from the EU, and has fast delivery. I have never had an issue with them and have used them for years, including when they were fuzyduck. I’ll keep using them without question.

Was a little skeptical at first but these guys are 100% real. Got tracking within a day and the product quality is exactly what I hoped for. Can tell they actually care about customers, not just quick sales.

Mallard, formerly Fuzzyduck.biz is its own entity now and select products went into a sister site that only accepts bitcoin and does not cross order in order to use different payment methods. But the customer service is always great Amy has always went out of her way to create an avenue for an anyone to accommodate when its feasable. The products here are unmatched bigh quality and well worth the effort. Check It out chat with the staff in the various options they have. You won't be disappointed. Customer satisfaction is Mallardmed's 1st priority!! I had only one order by CCard and it was a mistaken budget range swlection they 1st posted when Mallard opened. I receieved a differant product than I ordered. Regardless of its reason why when I pressented screen shots to show admin. They assured me I received a step up from what the product was that was accidentially posted in at that time a selection called budget range. But my point is ask all the questions you have to the admin here even the new that I am connecting with are knowledgeable and patient to make sure you get your money and quality you seek. Bottom line this is the place for high quality, commited staff and with a personal touch. Mallard and their sister store Veridian only carry the best of the best and treat each of us with dignity and transparency to make sure we get the best. Thank you Mallardmed you're amazing!! I was a longtime customer on fuzyduck. With me it's all about trust. If I have that, I will always come back. I just placed my first order on Mallardmed. It was a breeze. I do remember Amy always being really nice and helpful, as she was again this time. A very reasonable price and great customer service. Fantastic.

They are a good choice for medical needs because we all know how the system can be sometimes. Enough said. I’ve placed 3 orders this last one being my 3rd, and I’m pleased. It seemed a year or two ago they were having some difficulties in shipping some of the domestic products, as I ordered and it showed up 2 months later, but the last time was fast and communication was much better all around. I like that they have sales and discounts, which many places don’t have. Also the prices on most meds are fairly reasonable even without the discount. Quality is exceptional, no real complaints other than international shipping times, but that’s not their fault. I would recommend an order if you’re in the market.

While the old FuzzyDuck was in transition, my order became loverlooked. This resulted in a long delay in sending it out. This was not my experience with FuzzyDuck in the past and it was quite concerning. Once MallardMed was established I was able to get a hold of Amy and she found the order and as of today I have received what I ordered in full.

So, while this wasn't a five-star experience in the begining in the end the right items came of the right quality and right quantity. Which was the standard set by the FuzzyDuck days of the past so I assume moving forward is the high and great standard of MallardMed moving forward. It was a rough start but thank you MallardMed (Amy) for seeing it through. Wonderful.

This company has wonderful customer service. They have helped me tremendously over the years. We have built up a trust over time and this is the only company i will use for all my med needs. Amy is wonderful and polite and they are always understanding of situations and questions to be answered. If i could give them 10 stars i would. I have never had an issue with an order. Im so thankful this business exists. I would most definitely recommend to anyone. A++

Ive been a long customer with fuzzyduck and want to congratualte the team, especially Amy, on the transition. Must be hard with competitors messing with you, but you always overcome and ive never felt more secure in my life knowing where my meds are coming from....a realiable vendor
