The services, customer care and efficiency is excellent. I placed my order on Sunday evening, I got them within the expected time of 24 hours. They have a good variety to choose from and the prices are so reasonable.

The customer service at this location is very poor. I recently brought a friend in because his glasses needed fixing. The staff were hypocritical and gossiped about customers once they left or re-entered the store. They also treated customers as if they were incapable of understanding basic information. Although I previously liked this place, I will not be returning there ever since they changed staffs at CBD Mammy Eyewear. I have a strong dislike for sellers who are insincere and engage in gossip, its like those three ladies seemed unaware of how their behavior affects their reputation. Too drowned in their own ego to even notice that the customer can notice them sharing those glances women make whenever they'd want to gossip about someone. Ugh!!

Got my prescription glasses from them. The customer service was good , communication was excellent. The product met expectations. Definitely ordering more glasses from them.

I just walked in to their CBD Store after checking out their frames from their colleagues....and the doctor who attended to me was amazing but the other two service ladies on duty quite something else....so I left for them to check with my insuarance....then they kept this back and forth to the extent the lady serving me guessed the last time I ran my card...again she never confirmed with me she just went ahead to fill in the forms without my consent...the insuarance had already approved from their end but the lady was quite adamant and misunderstanding...despite loving the frames I decided on seeking another service provider because I felt mistreated and misunderstood...as if that wasn't enough the moment I turned they started making facial expression directed toward me....it was a wrap for me I just left the store

It's a shame I have to get excited about a super efficient online retail process but here we are because there's too many people out here not putting in the same effort the people at Mamy Eyewear are! Browse online pick out what you want, automated invoicing and payment and delivery within 2 hours. Incredible 😍
