Very awful service. Double charged and never replied before I put the case to PayPal. Never buy from them. Fraudulent. No 5D and dynamic projector was delivered as described, and no full refund was offered. PayPal offered a voucher of compensation and promised to investigate further. So never buy anything from them, as you will lose money.

The projector is advertised showing underwater scenes. It took a month to arrive and when plugged in it shows one very blurry whale. I've seen better projections from cheap toys. Total scam.

Do not buy from this company. Completely misleading advertising, and the received product is nothing at all like advertised. Then when you complain, they offer you 50% refund, no more. Scammers. Buyers beware

I purchased 4 lamps from this company now I am going to see if I can clean this review up, but here goes buyer be aware the lamps look well made but don't work and are not fit for purpose I would say to anyone do not waste your money I have tried several times to contact the company my email keeps getting bounced back not found bad gateway message

Scam site. Product not as described. No websupport. Lesson learned. DO NOT USE. I now just have 2 very expensive usb lights with a slightly odd image of a space angel. I shall use the lights for reading at night I guess.

Do not buy from this company, you will not get what you ordered and they will try to get you to pay twice, dreadful waste of money lesson learned

I too have just been conned by this shower of shits. They took an extra £20:00 out of my bank after confirming my order and tried to get me to order again. Can’t get through to them in any way

SCAM site, avoid!!

Found a link to this site through a facebook advert for a 5D Holographic Projector. I knew once I paid that this was essentially a scam. During the payment process I was offered 50% off the product as I checked out, I accepted and payment was immediately taken for the first product I purchased and then an additional one. The price shown was also shown as postage being included, I was however then charged for postage on my paypal account.

The item arrived yesterday (to my surprise) and I could only laugh, the projector is a single slide 2d image of a deer, it is the most pathetic projector I have ever seen (worse than the ones from the 90s!). The item sold is not what is advertised in any way. Please everyone avoid. Fortunately paypal sent my money back for the first order immediately and then have tried to contact the seller about the second item.

Paid £35.99 for this 5D Immersive Holographic Projection Lamp. Payment is on my credit card statement and yet these thieves have just contacted me to say the payment failed and would I care to pay again.

What a bunch of scammers. Have instructed my bank to recover the money. My bank is now recouping my money. These people put ads on Facebook, don't be fooled.
AVOID!!!!

I placed an order with them for a £50+ item. After I placed the order I realised for some reason their system pulled out my old address so I emailed them my recent one. They did not say if they already sent out the order or not, so I had the impression they did not yet.
After 3 weeks of waiting when I asked after my order they did not answer or gave me generic answer and saying just check with the app Shops, which I did but only said "waiting for information".
Yesterday I checked again and in the app said it has been delivered. I emailed to them that I want a refund as they delivered to the wrong address and they did not let me know. No answer.
I emailed them today, got a generic answer again that I should check on the app and ask around neighbors...
I emailed them again I want a refund. I am so frustrated and so pissed. I never met this bad customer service before with other companies. I definitely not recommend to anyone to buy from them.

I purchased 2 bags of the ‘Luminous Stones’ expecting the visual representation Manchestore relayed on their Facebook page, which was a delightfully lit up stone path.
Looking forward to this and when they arrived, nothing like advertised.
They were tiny, weeny little beads, like you’d thread on a bracelet, in tiny 3’’ long packets. What a complete waste of money.

I ordered the slimming patches , they took ages to arrive and came in a padded envelope in boxes with no delivery or contact note and from china not UK..Plagued with emails three times a day to buy more and despite trying to email them as they took more than the agreed money from me there is no reply. Now dealing with them thru my bank . I think they are a scam company as you cannot get hold of them. The adverts on Facebook denote it’s all uk based etc but mine have come from china which explains the very long delivery time! Not trusting these patches as they could be anything … a tough lesson learned and they are going into the bin!

I ordered from this company the Berberine nano microneedle patches. After weeks of waiting and complaining they finally arrived, though the delivery showed they had come from Turkey, not UK. The box size was the size of a compact ladies hand mirror, not the large box advertised and the origin mark on box was USA. The patch itself was nothing like the one advertised , a tiny sticking plaster with some gel in middle. Complete and utter scam.please dont waste your money on it like I did. The company is a scam.

Made order for slimming patch again UK made and shipped from the UK.Clicked pay .l did receive an order confirmation.. But also at exactly the same time had my Bank contacting me asking I had made another payment to a different company for £25 ish. So imigently card had been cloned and used. Also bank asked if I new payment manchestershown was from Hong Kong ??. Scammers

Order not received as stated. Cctv showing no delivery. Not interested in your complaint. Fraudulent company, says product made in UK but is shipped from China. Had problems with this company before same issue. I think that they have a false shipping company as I contacted Yodal and they have no record of the shipping details/number DON'T USE FRAUDULENT
