Wow. Thank You

Wow. What a great company. Their customer service is over the top. I ordered a gift for a friend that did not arrive on time due to UPS. Garrett at customer service was more than helpful and generous with taking care of my order and clarifying the situation. I highly recommend their company and their products for any special occasion or just because you love someone. Cheers shop locally

Awesome product & support only are their products are great…

Not only are their products are great and fun their support is beyond any support I've ever delt with. I had an issue with a dog chewing up the box, thankfully he couldn't get into the crate (not that he didn't try) but he did get the crowbar. I emailed asking to purchase a crowbar, they responded immediately, longer story short they worked with me. Awesome support!!

Excellent!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping with Man's Crate for the first time and was very impressed with their service. Although the website was a bit challenging to navigate, I was able to order a beautiful whiskey decanter and glasses as a birthday gift for my son. However, I regrettably made an error in selecting the monogramming option, as I misunderstood the difference between monogramming and initials.

When I contacted customer service to explain the situation, I had the privilege of speaking with a gentleman named Garret. From the outset, Garret demonstrated exceptional kindness and understanding. I had anticipated a lengthy process or the need to return the product, but Garret exceeded my expectations. He graciously assured me that they would send a new set with the correct monogram and, to my astonishment, he even suggested that I keep the original set as a spare.

The level of customer service I received was truly remarkable. There were no complications or inconveniences—only genuine kindness and a seamless experience. I cannot express enough gratitude to Garret and the entire team at Man's Crate. I will undoubtedly return as a loyal customer and highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality products and exceptional service. A special thank you to Garret for his exceptional assistance. Your helpfulness and kindness were truly commendable.

Instructions are off. Screws missing to mount motor to base. Instructions way off. Terrible experience when building. Very frustrating.

you don't sell replacment batteries. STUPID!

I just called your customer service to BUY a replacement batter for "Wooden RC car". .You don't sell batteries. WHY? I can't just go to the hardware for this, with all the special wires. this is really just stupid.
Now I have a car I can't use, Thank you very much.

NASCAR bar ware crate

I purchased the NASCAR bar ware crate for a friend’s birthday. I selected Next Day Air for shipping. I never received a confirmation email after ordering. The next day I checked the status of my purchase. It was still being prepared. At that point I knew it wasn’t going to be delivered on time. My confidence level was zero. I called customer service and spoke to Garret. He was very kind and helpful. He told me if my package didn’t arrive in time the shipping charge would be refunded. Well the shipping was refunded and today I received another package, the Jerky Heart, apologizing to my friend about not having received his present in time. Thank you Man Crates!

They sent the wrong box

They sent the wrong box. I was very surprised when my husband opened his crate and it was not what I ordered. Very disappointed. They sent out the correct box after I contacted them, but too little too late, what good is a surprise gift a week after the event?

I received the bacon man's crate and…

I received the bacon man's crate and let me tell you everything was great. There were 2 bags of bacon jerky a jar of Terrapin Ridge Hot Pepper Bacon Jam in it. All of it was delicious. I've been eating the jam with crackers and cream cheese, let me tell you it totally feeds your cravings! This is the first time I have even known about the men's crates and I was totally blown away. Would make for a great gift. I've seen multiple boxes and let me just say, well worth the money. The man in your life will be happy

Absolute scam of a company

Absolute scam of a company. The crates are okay. Not nearly worth what they're selling them for. And then they charge an insane amount for shipping. I had two things in my cart. Equaling $139 when I went to check out the total was now $237. Do not buy from this company. If they're going to charge that much for crates they can charge a heck of a lot less for shipping. I will go somewhere else that isn't money hungry.

Best customer service EVER!!!

I have ordered from Man crates twice. The first time was a great experience. The second time, I ordered a box I was a little disappointed. The box was not sealed properly which took the fun of opening it away and then an item in the box was broken. I emailed customer service to let them know, not expecting an answer, because most companies don't respond. Within 6 minutes I had an email from Harold F., not only apologizing for my experience, but also to ask which box out of their 3 smaller ones I would like, to replace the one I ordered free of charge. That way my boyfriend could have the crate opening experience. He also offered to replace the broken piece. Within 2 days the new box had shipped and the order was placed for my replacement part too. I have never experienced customer service this way!! Harold F. was so apologetic and attentive to make it right. I will forever recommend Man Crates to anyone I can!! Such a great company, great customer service and amazing products.

Received a rib kit as a gift

Received a rib kit as a gift. I feel real bad that a loved one spent 80 bucks on 10 dollars worth of product and no instructions. Man crates is a total gimmick and complete trash. Ladies, don’t waste your money and please find a different vendor. This was most disappointing.

The first issue is that the 45 minute…

The first issue is that the 45 minute average time is a complete lie. The clock stops when your computer screen or phone screen locks therefore the time is not even close to accurate. It took me close to 4 weeks to figure out the puzzle. The first issue is that the clues are not clear what box they refer to. I had thrown the card board box away but lucky I realized it was needed before the recycling came. I would not recommend this to a friend but I do think it was a cute idea. I did have fun once I determined that the items to figure out the questions where in the cardboard box. However after the first 30 minutes, I was going to just find an adapter in my toolbox for the screws and take it apart to negate the clues.

Sad Christmas Morning

I sent for a BBQ crate for Christmas 2023 and when it arrived it was in a cardboard box with Man Crates logos on it. So cute! I was so excited to give this gift! But when it was to be opened with the pry bar, my son-in-law just lifted the crate box up and out of the cardboard box and 3 of the sides came out of the box, leaving the bottom inside. The nails were too small to keep the crate in tact. So no pry bar necessary. This fun gift was a HUGE disappointment.

Good costumer service

I had gotten the diy sauce kit as a Christmas present for a family member and when it arrived at my house, 1 of the 4 glasses were broken. Unfortunately things happen in the shipping process that are out of their control, But they were extremely nice about it and very timely. They had a replacement package shipped to my house very quickly. I was given lots of help by their team throughout the entire process.

Bought the barrel smoker for my…

Bought the barrel smoker for my husband.... It was fully rusted from the rain 4 days later.. fully inside and all the latches bottle opener on outside. Worst $300 I have ever spent.... Man crates is trash and a rip off and false advertising

False advertising and false promises on…

False advertising and false promises on paying extra for expedited shipping for Christmas delivery.
Gift I purchased for special person did not arrive for Christmas so they had nothing to open from me on Christmas Day as this was the only gift I sent. The Website had a banner at the top when I purchased on 12/19 - order now for delivery by Christmas and get coupon for 50% off expedited delivery with a promised ship date of 12/21. I paid the extra charge for the expedited delivery based on the advertisement that my order would ship 12/19 and my order didn't ship until 12/24. Had it shipped on 12/19 as promised, it would have arrived on time. I reached out to the company regarding the issue and received basically a nonchalant oh well response. Extremely poor experience. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW. First, they should not have offered or promised to by a certain date and ask for expedited fees to be paid in order to receive something by Christmas if they couldn't commit to shipping the item when it was promised. I understand there can be shipping delays but this was not the case. They had an ad on their site that said purchase this today and pay for expedited shipping as indicated earlier in this review which is false advertising. 2nd, their customer service and help is 0 percent. I should at least receive money back for the expedited shipping.

They dont stand by their designated delivery date.

Placed my order based on the projected arrival date on the confirmation page, showing 3 options (chose12/22) witnessed by 2 people. Got 1 order conf email. 2nd email was 1am on 12/22 stating tracking info=arrival date 12/29. Called, spoke to nice CS rep who put me on hold, & tried to remedy it. Whoever she spoke to who made the decision to do NOTHING knows BS about CS. Like another cust said,they could've made it right:overnight-ed my order & ate the lousy 60 bucks. Sorry the CS rep got my rant on the phone, the guy/girl making the decision was not MAN enough to get on the call. Thought I found a great company. Witty remarks throughout the website & emails. Don't be reeled in by it. Will never recommend or patronize them again.

Not great so far

So far, not great. I am having the same experience as another reviewer. Promised delivery 12/22, promised that it would be delivered 12/22 twice today and that it actually had already shipped. UPS states that it shipped on 12/21 after 5pm, so the communication with customer service on 12/21 at 8am and noon where I was told it had shipped and would be delivered on time was dishonest. Again, they could have shipped it overnight because of their mistake any time today but did not.

I took a chance on a new company and paid the price. Hopefully it doesn't get stolen from my recipient's porch since they won't even be in town when UPS says they will deliver it.

Their gifts seem really nice, but they aren't honest and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I won't do business again with them.
