Rubber foot for manfrotto befree.

I bought a rubber foot for a manfrotto tripod (Befree) (R1039,18) and the experience was quite good. The replacement is same as original part, fits perfect.

The shipping took few days more than expected. About a week more due the package was stock in customs (Uk to Fl). I contacted customer service and they were willing to help but at the end customs release the package.

Trustable webpage, good quality parts and good customer services.

Happy that I can use my tripod again for less that 20 bucks :)

Misleading information, poor customer care

My locking knut wore out and so I went online and ordered a replacement. The replacement arrived but a few weeks of light use later completely wore out again. When I asked customer care about the issue they suggested I replace the bolt it was attached too as they reccomend replacing them together. They would not offer me a discount or a reimbursement and said the issue was out of their hands.

Also on checkout the default delivery option is twice as expensive as the second option listed as "premium" delivery. At first glance you assume you are opting for the cheaper option and not the premium service. This is misleading and just feels icky when companies try and include this sort of misdirection for profit.

I needed urgently a rubber feet for my Autopole and was glad these guys were UK based and had the part which isn't very common. and most important it came very quick just in time for my shoot.

Yeah no. Never again.

They couldn't deliver to my address after sending out the product and I gave them the address to update it.
Didn't hear back so I inquired and said shipment is still en route, had to open a dispute with paypal and they made the process harder than it needed to be. At the time I was dealing w/ helping my wife during her cancer treatments so apparently. They helped open dialogue between manfrottospares and I and despite providing all the information apparently I didn't get a notification they had responded. Meaning they were still trying to argue that they had my money and I had no replacement parts. Since I didn't respond they closed my claim. A normal company would open a claim since it showed the error was on Fedex's part, there was evidence that even showed it was never delivered to me. What a way of taking advantage of a family fighting cancer. Despicable

They do what they say, sent $8000 and got the products

I bought qty 50 of high-end camera mount. Took a while to get pricing, etc..., but they are honest and shipped quality manfrotto product. I sent them almost $8,000 and all went well...

Great service - job done

Having never been in the position before of having a broken tripod and needing one for this week I am pleased my apprehension was quickly resolved having come across this site, and was easily able to identify the spare parts I needed then, ordered then and they arrived 2 days later (as indicated on the web order). Tripod back to normal within 10 minutes.

Spedizione lentissima e spese nascoste

Per ordinare un pezzo di ricambio che costa quasi nulla, ci vuole pagare delle spese di trasporto assurde, e non c'è nemmeno il tracking. Non ti lasciano il pacco neanche a casa, lo devi prendere alle poste e ti rifanno pagare "spese di gestione" e altre spese di dogana! È una vergogna che questo sito sia raccomandato da Manfrotto.

Mi dispiace che tu abbia avuto questa esperienza.
Ora disponiamo solo di servizi di spedizione "tracciati" in modo che il corriere che utilizziamo possa fornire una consegna "a domicilio".

Ora siamo registrati presso "IOSS" (Import One Stop Shop), il che significa che per tutti gli ordini fino a 150 euro (solo parti, spedizione esclusa) addebiteremo l'aliquota IVA del tuo paese al momento del pagamento. Successivamente pagheremo l'importo dell'IVA alla dogana per tuo conto, garantendo una consegna rapida senza costi aggiuntivi.

Se il tuo ordine supera la soglia di 150 euro non possiamo addebitare l'IVA al momento del pagamento, dovrai pagare l'IVA all'importazione.

Ci auguriamo che questo abbia senso e se hai domande riguardanti un ordine futuro, contattaci e saremo più che felici di fornirti maggiori informazioni.

Beware of hidden costs!

15.77€ part ordered for France, 8.13€ premium post added=23.89€ in total!
Parcel not delivered to house even though we were in but a non delivery notice in letter box!
When I went to post office to collect the parcel I was charged an additional 11€ !!!! TOTAL= 34.99€ 😤😤😤😤😤

After Brexit all European orders outside of the UK would have to pay import VAT and duties.
However, this has now changed and ordering from the EU is now easier and cheaper.
We are now registered with 'IOSS' (Import One Stop Shop) which means that all orders upto 150 euros (parts only - not including shipping) we charge your countries Vat rate at checkout. We then pay the Vat amount to customs on your behalf, resulting in a quick delivery with no extra costs.

If your order is over the 150 euro threshold we cannot charge the Vat at checkout, you will have to pay the vat on import.

We hope this makes sense and if you have any questions regarding a future order, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you with more information.

Prepare to pay customs

This company is based in the UK. I ordered a 4.62€ part. I ended up paying 20€ total. 5.85€ for customs. 1.63€ for "order surcharge" and 8.13€ for shipping. Be prepared if you order for the EU.

Very helpful and easy to deal with company.

After Issues with the hand grips on my Lastolite TriGrip reflectors I contacted Manfrotto Spares and they were very helpful and easy to deal with, The only problem I had was waiting for them as they didn't have the stock (but you can't fault them for that).

Efficient. Fast.

This is a review of Studio 1 LTD who appear to operate under contract to Gitzo, now owned by Manfrotto.
My 3-way Gitzo head broke, the shaft of the level handle embedded in the mechanism, not something easily fixed without some expertise.
From the email asking them (without much hope) if they could do anything, to receiving the repaired item back through the post, took only about a week and at a price that was more than reasonable.
Nobody mends anything these days. Very impressed.
