Absolutely terrible. Wrong colour and size.

Bought 2x long sleeved t shirts. They are fine with decent quality at a great price. Only thing I didn’t realise was that although I thought I was buying from UK, delivery was actually from Bangladesh so took rather longer than I expected to arrive. However Customer service was very good when I chased the status of my purchase and the package arrived via Post Office so easy to track. Overall experience was fine.

Parcel arrived very quickly and instructions for delivery were followed.

Product - white leggings - very poor quality and fit was not good. I had paid mire than I could have got them for on other sites as it said they were premium / superior quality but this was not the case. Delivery took a long time. Were not even dispatched until 10 days after order acknowledged. No indication of how to return the product either on the delivery note or on Internet. Very disappointed

I've enjoyed a good service with Manja before, leaving very positive feedback; however, this time the experience was the complete opposite.

Good customer service is when a company keeps a customer informed throughout the transaction process - from order confirmation to shipping updates, then to acknowledging delivery and pehaps even compliments to the customer for their service which will lead to future orders.

Unfortunately, in my experience (even those which were positive), Manja has to be contacted for such updates and with this particular order, there were delays which led me to requesting updates.

When the item was finally posted it did not reach me and was held at a postal sorting office as the correct postage had not been paid by Manja. Consequently, I had to pay a surcharge to the Royal Mail to have the item sent to me (which Manja eventually refunded).

However, despite paying the surcharge, the item still has not been delivered - this could be the Royal Mail's fault, but had the right postage been paid by Manja, I would have my order now.

Consequenbtly, I had to contact Manja - Again - for either a refund or another item of the shirt I had ordered, which I would have preferred.

A refund was paid and I'm hesitant to ever order again from Manja - this is how customers leave genuine feedback: by either returning or refusing to return to a company for a product/service.

Product as described and came within time frame.

MANJA did charge me for packaging but did not use correct postage so I had to pay extra at post office to get the parcel.

Ordered a tracksuit which was great, good quality too for a cheap price
