As first time buyers, the prospect of getting on the property ladder was very daunting and at times confusing. However I have to say that Steve and Shoaib calmed every worry and question we had regarding this.

They were able to give us grounded advice such Steve advising us to what a realistic price was as to not be over burdened and what kind of price range to be looking out for; and Shoaib explaining to us how the mortgage application works and what evidence and proof the lender needs and why.

The service was amazing, and just saying that I would recommend them would not be enough. They are both an amazing team who were always available to answer the most bizarre questions and silliest of worries a first time buyer would have.

Sunjay Chauhan and Dominic Challinor were brilliant as usual getting various properties over the line through various twists and turns. They both accommodated my technophobia with f2f contact and coffee.
