Steve's initial steer through the various options for different insurers etc. was extremely clear and prioritised my requirements providing a range of pricing options. Everything was dealt with in a very timely and rapid manner and I felt informed throughout.

After being handed over to Shoaib to continue contact and enactment of policies plus further guidance and question answering, I felt I was in safe hands throughout the process. Shoaib always responded very quickly and always seemed to have time and be happy to help with any queries I had.

Thomas Hawley, my advisor, explained to me each part of the process, making it much easier and less stressful. He has been extremely helpful, subsequently leading to a mortgage offer.
