Be going here for year but won’t be going back very rude staff and the order was wrong after five times telling them what I wanted and ordered totally ruined the day

Lots of choice and easy online shopping
They have lots of choice and pre ordering on their website means I can see the sizes and prices easily. I click and collect when I’m in the area but they also do local delivery. The people are really friendly and keen to help. We especially enjoy the Scottish lamb they have.

Its very Expensive and the quality has gone down, be careful with the meats they season, it's old and not in a good condition, that is why the put so much season on it,we and my wife where sick ones.

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed an order which was due for delivery on the 30th January, i stayed home from work to ensure i was here for when it came, it never arrived. Got an email from Manor butchery saying 'order complete thanks for shopping with us' but i never received the order! I emailed and said i haven't had the order and they would have to refund me as i didn't get what i'd paid for. Next thing, got a refund, no communication, no apology! Absolutely shocking, worst online butchers i've ever used - never again!
