They sent my order to the wrong person
They sent my order to the wrong person, and vice versa. The order took longer than expected to come on top of that. When I eventually received I noted that they’d put ‘checked’ on the invoice. Clearly hadn’t checked where it was going.
I then had to send the package back and wait for them to send whilst the customer service in between was disinterested at best.
Great products, shit service.

Quick delivery with environmentally friendly packaging
Quick despatch and delivery, even with standard post. Well packed and loved that they show enough environmental concern to pick with starch based biodegradable nodules rather than bubble wrap.

There's not much to say tbh. I have not had an issue at all so far. Orders being processed quick, their range of products is bigger, than the shop I used before, and ManPerfected is slightly lower in their pricing too.
