Mantel Farm is a family run Garden Farming Business located in the heart of the East Sussex countryside. Our shop is open 2 days a week on Fridays and Sundays 10am - 4pm. Selling poultry, beekeeping equipment, animal housing, animal supplies, feed and equipment. We provide animal boarding services for when you go away and run regular chicken and beekeeping courses.

Helpful staff
I had to phone to change the collection time of my hens a couple of times, all the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The hens have settled well in to their new home in our garden.

So pleased with our lovely healthy and happy hens we bought from Mantel Farm - they settled in straight away and we had eggs the next day. You can tell that the farm is run to a high standard and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Mantel Farm.

I have bought hens from Mantel Farm in April 2021
I have bought hens from Mantel Farm on several occasions. They always arrive in lovely condition, calm and settled and ready for their new home. Mantel Farm has a lovely range of different hens (and other birds) as well as feed, bedding, housing, accessories and just about anything you would need to keep your hens happy. They are always happy to give advice and always helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about hen welfare. I can't recommend them highly enough.
