I would really like to thank Kerry at Mantlestates for all the help she gave me with buying my flat. She was so friendly and approachable, and full of enthusiasm. I really appreciated her professionalism and warmth; she had a really good relationship with the seller, which really came across when I viewed the flat and made it a very positive experience. I know she worked really hard after the exchange of contracts to make sure the completion happened on time after some problems. She was genuinely happy when it all came together and came to drop off the keys on moving day, which I thought was really considerate.
I can highly recommend Kerry and Mantlestates. Whenever I called, whoever answered always seemed to know who I was. I think they provide a very customer-friendly service.

I would not hesitate to recommend Mantlestates! We sold our house through them recently and they provided an excellent service. Through no fault of theirs several sales fell through however everyone in the office remained 100% focussed on selling our house and worked tirelessly to find a buyer. Everyone at Mantelstates works as a team and they were genuinely interested and caring about ensuring we had a sale so we could go ahead and purchase the house we had fallen in love with. They made sure they knew about our house and its locality and I knew I could totally trust them to help any potential buyer see our house in its best light. We recently bought our first home with Mantles Estates and we had a very positive experience working with them.

I’ve seen all the glossy shop fronts and all the statements of the big chains and I've seen what they can’t do - they cant do what Mantle Estates do.

Mantle Estates have a great team who actually listen to you - yes that’s right they listen and that’s why they do a great job.

They have a great ethic and are extremely knowledgable which only adds to an already fantastic service.

This was my fist time moving house - aged 48 - and I found it a bit nerve wrecking but these guys were with me all the way.

If I were you i’d definitely give Mantle Estates the opportunity to sell your property and forget the big and glossy shops - you’ll find a huge difference and very pleasant difference.
