Innanzi tutto,l'assistenza clienti mi ha risposto prontamente quando ho chiesto informazioni sul mio ordine (in quanto non riuscivo a tradurre il link di tracciatura pacco) e dal mio sollecito ho immediatamente ricevuto il pacco che è un profumo unico,migliore di come me l'aspettavo e che fa concorrenza con il profumo di nicchia originale.Grazie,sono super contenta

Bestelltes Produkt ist nicht angekommen, ich kriege jedes mal die gleiche Mail mit falschen Informationen.
Auf wiederholte Anfrage wird andauernd eine automatisch generierte Mail verfasst. Die angegebene Packstation ist eine falsche und nach mehrmaliger Bitte um eine Rückerstattung, wird dieser nicht nachgegangen.

Never, never order from this site!!! I made an order, paid by bank transfer, there was suspicious silence from the service, I wrote to the email address for a week, there was no response. A week later my order was cancelled without my consent, it is impossible to return the money, since no one answers me. Just shocked.. I will file documents in court, there is no other way to connect with the service.

Nicht vorhandener Kundenservice!

Aufgrund von Mängeln an zwei Produkten, der Deckel eines Parfums löst sich und eines defekten Sprühkopfes, habe ich mich per Email an den Verkäufer gewandt. Die Anfragen werden ignoriert. Keinerlei Kundenservice.
Ich warne davor, hier zu bestellen, wenn Sie nicht auf defekten Produkten sitzenbleiben möchten.

Nachtrag: Sie können sich anhand der Bewertungen, die alle Ähnliches kritisieren, ihre Meinung bilden. Auch wenn der Verkäufer versucht es zu dementieren. Dass Anfragen ignoriert werden und auch ich 100 Euro in den Sand gesetzt habe, entspricht der Wahrheit

I didn’t trust it at first so I just ordered 1 perfume and everything went very well. Didn’t get an track&trace but it was here very fast and I like the parfums. So I think it’s a trustworthy company!

I had typed the wrong phone number so I didn’t know where the shipment was.
Contacted customer service on their Instagram account and they helped me track the package for me to collect

I am disappointed in the customer service of this company. My perfume bottle leaked upon arrival, and it took an eternity to receive a response to my complaint. The communication was slow and unhelpful. I had hoped for a quick resolution, but unfortunately, that was not the case we are now 2 weeks later…. Hopefully, the customer service of this company improves in the future so that other customers do not have the same experience.

Affidabili e precisi, mi hanno lasciato anche un cioccolatino nella confezione.

Habe 4 Düfte bestellt. Lieferung kam schnell und unbeschädigt an. Werde wieder bestellen. 👍

I had written a wrong email when i ordered. Therefore, i didn’t get any order confirmation. I then sent an email the same day and got one back in just a few hours. Everything was fixed then. The order itself came safely and perfectly!!🤩

Bin sehr zufrieden mit Marabika.
Die Preise sind im direkten Vergleich zu den Konkurrenten etwas teurer, aber ich habe kostenlos liebevoll verpackte Proben mit „Marabika“ Aufdruck zu meiner Bestellung erhalten.
Alles war gut verpackt und wurde nach etwa 8 Tagen an die deutsche Adresse geliefert.
Es war auch schon die zweite Bestellung.
Das Sortiment ist zwar nicht so gigantisch wie beim litauischen Konkurrenten, dennoch kann man hier das eine oder andere gute Angebot entdecken.
Gegen einen weiteren Einkauf hier hätte ich nichts einzuwenden.
Kann nichts negatives berichten.

Ich kann nur abraten!! Bestellung um 100 Euronen in den Sand gesetzt. Niemand fühlt sich verantwortlich. GLS beruft sich auf den Service aus Litauen. Der Verkäufer Marabika.lt hält es auch nicht für Nötig. Also ich rate ab. Es sei denn man holt es selbst ab...

I did my order based on their paid advertisement online. Perfumes turned out to be cheap quality and smelling like cheap market perfume. The home scent I ordered doesn’t even have aroma. In stead of giving nice baccarat smell to my bathroom it just give oily sticks without any smell. When I contacted the costumer service to return my order because it didn’t match the description, they didn’t even answer to my emails.

Placed order and paid same day by wire. Received order confirmation by email and 1 day later confirmation of dispatch. Product arrived, no problems.

Ordered a fragrance online. Got a mail that my order still wasnt finalised. Sent them a mail + receipts. After 2 weeks I still didnt get a reply back, even after a second mail. They can keep the €30,00. Looks like they need it more than I do.
