I’m really happy with my purchase; the pieces are excellent. They’re great elevated basics that are incredibly versatile for everyday wear. Shipping has also been spot on, no complaints at all!

As a suggestion, I would recommend introducing a petite line, especially for trousers. Many brands have started to include this, and in cases like mine; even with an average height, I often find myself needing to alter the length or having to skip certain styles altogether because they’re too long. If something like this were introduced, I would definitely purchase some of the styles I’ve passed on for this reason.

Perfume smells amazing

Loved the whole vibe - the sustainable approach, the website layout, the minimalist selection, the style. Ordered two pairs of shorts which arrived super quickly - awesome quality and fit perfectly. Will be coming to these guys for new clothes a lot going forward!

Gorgeous T-shirt, lovely material and colours. Not yet washed so no idea how they will last. Perfect fit,true to size. Customer service was also excellent as I had a query before making my purchase.

Good quality pieces and very good sizing. I am a size 6/8 and the items I have purchased have been perfect and comfortable.

I previous left a review, identifying that - despite great experiences with previous items (including their amazing perfume), I had some concerns about the quality of a long sleeve top which hadn't washed well.

Following this, I received a personal message from the founder at Marame to try and resolve the situation with me. They arranged to refund the item (which they weren't obliged to do as I had already worn and washed it) and ensured that I could conveniently return the item to them, so they could address the issue with the manufacturer. They were also happy to advise re: the fit and fabric of other garments, to make sure I felt I could confidently re-try the brand.

We've also discussed some of the designs coming up a little small on the sizing, and they have been really open and receptive to this feedback, and it's clearly something they are looking at.

It's really rare to come across a brand with such outstanding customer service, and who seemed genuinely interested in helping restore the situation with openness and transparency, not just hassling me into changing my review.
