Satisfied with the cleaning.. BUT …
Have to say I was very satisfied with the results but sadly I had to cancel them because of the price increase
The first increase was to much for me so I arranged to have them done less often to help decrease there increase.. £26 every 16 weeks
The next increase put it up to £36
As I live in a flat with 5 windows I thought this was very expensive and couldn’t justify the cost

I'm delighted to hear how pleased you've been with our service! We strive for 100% customer satisfaction as our main goal, so it's great to hear this is being recognised.
We offer our window cleaning rounds on a 6 or 12-weekly basis with the 12-weekly being more expensive per clean (as more accumulation of dirt and grime due to the time left.)
In 2024, we decided to up our game and invest in the highest quality tools, equipment and technology so that we can provide the best level of service possible to our customers.
We use the highest-quality poles and ultra purified water systems. Our water is 1000 x more effective in removing dirt and grime than traditional purified water, providing a streak-free, longer-lasting shine and unmatched quality compared to other window cleaners.
To ensure the long-term sustainability of our business, rising costs for fuel, equipment, labour, and VAT compliance have also made it vital to increase our pricing. This allows us to maintain the high standards you’ve experienced while keeping our operations efficient.
That said, I completely understand that the price increase isn't suitable for all our customers. We were really sad to hear you'd like to leave our rounds but do appreciate the reasons behind your choice.
Your property has some access difficulties which was discussed with you prior to the price increase, and any properties with additional access issues are charged at a higher rate than standard to accommodate for the time & effort taken to clean.
I hope this helps but if you have any questions or queries about our service, please do let me know and I'll be happy to assist. If anything changes and you'd like to be part of our rounds again just let me know, we'd be delighted to work with you again!
