marblemosaics ltd Avis

ordered porcelain steps from marblemosaics on Monday at 9am, they were in my driveway at 2pm the next day, outstanding service considering I live in north east scotland, will sure use them again

Beautiful product at an exceptionally reasonable price, swiftly delivered, so well packaged it would have been near impossible to damage in transit.

Great value and smooth delivery experience.
The price was excellent, and delivery was prompt. My only suggestion for improvement would be to offer the option to select a preferred delivery date during checkout to avoid uncertainty. That said, the delivery company reached out quickly, and the delivery went exactly as described. The delivery person was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience!

We were looking for limestone copes for our garden project, found marble mosaics on Google and had a brilliant experience from start to finish. Their customer service is outstanding and they went out their way to help us when our landscapers damaged some of the copes.
Absolute pleasure doing business with a smaller company that goes out their way to help.
Product is absolutely brilliant, delivery was prompt as well. Will absolutely use again and recommend to anyone.

Awful company AVOID at all costs. Purchased a sink from them which was faulty (crumbling) and therefore not fit for purpose. Queried it with the owner and he was rude and aggressive both on the phone and via email. Even went as far as blocking our email address. Very disappointing with what I assumed was a great company, sadly this is not the case! Trading standards have been notified.

Great product, great service

Samples sent very promptly, well packaged and good sizes.

Very fantastic service, tiles are so beautiful. Packed very carefully. Delivered on time. Very good product and great service

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery. I got 600 x 600 white quartz tiles. Came next day on a pallet ( paid more for next day but worth it) well wrapped and each tile had a removable plastic covering. Highly recommend.

I dropped in to the showroom and they were happy to spend some time and give me advice. The tiles were then delivered on my chosen day a couple of days later. All well wrapped and protected. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again.

The look amazing.
They delivered the tiles earlier than expected which was a bonus for us getting on with the job.
The team were helpful with advice and the tiles were very compedatively priced. Brill all round. I would highly recomend and I will be ordering more!

A very good experience right from the initial phone call. Delivery arrived without any issues and the driver was very helpful, I would recommend using them.

Ordered a petrified wooden sink on the Monday, it arrived by Wednesday, really well packaged and it is absolutely stunning, even nicer than on the pics.
Competitive prices, great customer service, will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

I bought a marble countertop sink which arrived super fast. The price was really reasonable and the item was packaged incredibly well to avoid any damage. The quality of the sink was even better than I hoped for. I would recommend. I had no reason to contact the company so cannot comment on their customer service.

Absolutely amazing, great communication and speedy delivery and packaged lovely and safe will definitely recommend to my family and friends Thank you so much

Excellent service ordered on Tuesday delivered by Friday. Dijon tumbled limestone tile really good quality. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would use again.

We ordered a large 93cm river rock sink - it arrived exactly as we expected and looked fantastic. The service from the purchase point to the end delivery was excellent - providing various options of sinks, very well labelled, and the delivery process was equally simple and clear. Thank you for a great product.

I ordered a small river rock boulder basin for my downstairs W.C. I had been looking for something like this for ages but the price was prohibitive with other providers. I chanced upon Marble Mosaics Ltd and was amazed at the price! Was it too good to be true! I read the reviews and decided to order. I was sent the pdf. of those available (you have 3 views and the sizes to enable you to choose) and after much deliberation submitted my first and second choices. The delivery was so quick and when I opened the parcel I was really happy. The basin is exactly as I expected and will look amazing in place once the cloakroom is finished. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use again.

Excellent customer service from the sample request, response to questions and full delivery of our eventual order of Brazilian slate strips. Delivery arrived well within the estimated time frame. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

1000% ordered 2 sinks ie incorrectly, they advised to return and replace, absolutely superb service thank you,
